Hotel Sinabung Hills Berastagi

Nice hotel with beautiful views. The air was fresh and cold. This is recommended hotel in sinabung for family trip. Spacious playground and safety are parent need for relax. Centralized water heater tooks a long time waiting than bath.

Well maintained hotel at a beautiful location in Berastagi. We came for a swim at the pool in the midst of sprawling manicured garden overlooking the hills of Brastagi.

The serenity is overwhelming and no doubt I can spend atleast a week here without getting bosan (bored)...ok, may be 2 days.

We stayed at a superior cottage and I love everything about this room type, it's spacious, clean, and the bathroom is equipped with amenities. There was a buffet dinner for free for guests when I stayed there 30-31 Dec 2022, so I think the price is really worth it. The greeneries, the park, the pool, the huge green field along with two goalposts, a play park and an actual tree house are definitely premium features of this hotel. Beautiful!

Very recomended... It is a nice hotel with a beautiful view. Pool available here for children. The service of the staff is excellent. The room is clean and large.

I heard that this hotel is one of the best in Berastagi. It's a great place to find a new level of comfort, luxury, calm, and peace. The view is so beautiful and scenic. The atmosphere is chill because this place is located in Sinabung Hills. A lot of facility is available, such as billiard, cycling, and of course swimming pool. And this place area is huge. Oh ya I find some problems such as lack of light in bedroom, old fashioned, and a lot of WiFi but with a lot of password too. Overall (near) 5 stars.

Quiet and beautiful scenery hotel. Always stay here if we are traveling to this area. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Must booking far advance especially when there are a long weekend or vacation time. Clean room and good breakfast. Many places for parking area. Play ground for your children. Recommended.

Its an old hotel but still well managed with a very local taste makes it good. A lot of batak ornaments and breakfast is good. The view of this hote is magnificent the room is so so but comfy bed tops it all. Had a great stay at this hotel

So far the best hotel in berastagi area. Quite old, but very well maintenanced. In their dulexe room you will find a renovated modern room, IMHO the best room even compared to their cottage. The bathroom is large and the water is warm. The view from superior room is parking lot. View from deluxe room is pool and garden with terrace. The breakfast is good, the best compared to other hotel in berastagi. And their location in gundaling area also a plus point, because its near to tourism spot.

This is a good hotel, its old, but the place is still cozy, the rooms have balcony facing nice views, have swimming pool, the breakfast (at the time there) is delicious serving nasi goreng with ikan asin, black sticky rice, roasted bread, small cakes etc. The only problem is no lift for 2nd floor, n no facilities for disabled ppls, hope someday they can set it.

The room was ok. Not really clean. The hot water is only available in certain times. The breakfast is ok. The view from behind the lobby is spectacular.

Nice hotel with great garden. Small issues with electricity (30s) and no hot water (5min) but all good. Breakfast many options: western, Indonesian, fruit etc.

Just love this resort! The beautiful well maintained garden full of hydrangeas is a must for a walk! Very cooling too! A must for couples and families for holidays.

Nice hotel with a lot of facilities. We have a great fun there. Good breakfast and also have balcony for each room.
