We stopped at this restaurant around Berastagi. It's surprising to find a place decorated like FC Barcelona. And for someone who's a fan of Barça, it's great. The views are very nice, and the prices are reasonable.

Nice timing for a beautiful view is in the morning to see the sunrise! Enjoyed the coffee with a good prices, also a bowl of Indomie maybe for your breakfast and enjoy the view.. You must be like it.. ^^
