Grand Mutiara Hotel Berastagi

My recent stay was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Rooms on the side of the road are noisy. But on the other side, you can see a quiet and troublesome garden. Breakfast is delicious.

Although old hotel, but well maintained.
Have a large park and swimming poolfor kids to run and play, also have attraction with several sheeps, alpacas.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Grand Mutiara Hotel, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the room and the view were wonderful. It's a perfect getaway to spend the weekend.

The room is large and clean. Nice place for stay. Hotel service is good.

2 swimming pools (adult & children) + 1 warm water pool (inactive during visit).
Rooms were spacious with 2 large beds, private balcony, 1 set of each indoor & outdoor seatings.
They're using warm lights in the room and toilet makes the room abit dim yet intimate lol.
They also had already provided Wi-Fi which could be connected at almost every corner of the hotel. Nice.
Besides, they also have a large park & play ground, also few animals that your kids will love.
Breakfast not so good since we can only choose 1 made-by-order menu (not the buffet style) but maybe it's still in pandemic situation? or maybe the traffic was low when I was staying..
Overall the stay was pleasant. Recommend the deluxe & above room for better panoramic view.

Has a quite spacious room,Rooms has amenities such as a tv that features channels like National Geographic and Fox Movies,A hot tub,nice shower. It has a nice balcony view. But if you want a nicer view i highly suggest you pick the room that has a view of the garden. The swimming pool features 2 pools one is a the deep pool that has a depth of 1.5 meters and the other one has a depth of 60 Cm, it also has a meeting room located on the third floor

IMHO, the best hotel for the time being in Berastagi. The room is spacious, the twin bed size is bigger than usual hotel size, water heater is available for 24 hours (it usually is only available in the morning and in the afternoon for other hotels in this area). The cleanliness can be improved. However, the price is worth the room. Nice!

Perfect stay if you are interested in the famous Berastagi, the landscape view from the bed is stunning and the staffs are very nice ☺

Had been looking this kind of atmosphere so much. Grand mutiara nailed it. Nice room facing directly to the green field. Spacious lobby facing to their park. Awesome!! Thank you Grand Mutiara for making our family trip awesome. Btw their breakfast was not good at all, you can always have bfast outside of hotel though. But i will still give 5 star for overall experience

Grand Mutiara Hotel has a location address in Peceren Village before Berastagi City. Has a very large parking area, and also has a swimming pool. The room has a very large area, the bed is comfortable, it also provides hot water and a hot tube. One of the weaknesses of this hotel is that, because the location is right on the edge of the national road, the noise of passing trucks can always be heard up to the room area.

Excellent stay and beautiful garden! They maintained the garden or landscape in a very good way. The breakfast is also excellent, the porridge is great, the nasi goreng is good, the toast is OK. I ordered pisang goreng (fried banana) to the room and it tasted very good! Perfect for coffee break. The ambience and weather is so nice. We stayed in the president suite and it is so superb!! Definitely coming back again!
