That's old hotel but is really good maintenance so is all good condition, just one less is swimming pool cleaning must be considered/up grade . Overall is satisfying for stay here 👍👍👍

Wonderful and excellent, but needs frequent attention towards mosquitoes. With frequent opening to windows, it is possible to get infected

We used the hotel as a base to explore Berastagi and Mount Sibayak. It's a large hotel with spacious rooms and green areas throughout. The breakfast buffet is generous and good, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

Stayed at room 13* the view amazing in front of mountain. Service quite good & especially I love the ambience.

Hotel is near the popular Fruit Market. The rooms are simply furnished, but a little run-down. The taps on the sink had worn out parts which needs replacing. Breakfast was adequate though variety could be more. On second day, we were surprised the breakfast buffet was not available. Instead, the waiter said we could order a la carte from the menu. So we had fruits and mee goreng (very generous portion). The hotel staff are friendly and do their utmost to please

Calm and comfort place to stay. Night would be beautiful because of the light decoration. There's also a swimming pool for kids and adults.

This is a thank you to Pak Johannes who works at the Hotel. We could not get our 5 nights here and stayed next door at Sinabung Hills. I am studying Bahasa Indonesia in Australia and my teacher recommended Johannes to help with our transport. We contacted through Whatsapp prior to leaving. He had a car meet us at Medan for our stay at Bukit Lawang then onto Berastagi where we finally met him. He organised a driver and himself as a guide for our full day trip at Berastagi. We climbed Gunung Sibayak, soaked in hot springs, visited the huge Buddhist temple, ate a local Gado-Gado lunch, travelled to a traditional village and visited the Gunung Sinabung Vulcanology Centre on the way back. We felt guilty that we hadn't stayed at his hotel. His service to us was outstanding, his brother Ricky getting the final transfer for us to Parapat to ferry to Tuk-Tuk on Lake Toba.
