The temple is located near the Mysore palace within the same compound. , Am impressive gopuram leads you to the inner compound which has a tall brass deepstambh. We walked through the Mysore Palace to this peaceful temple. Loved the place and prayed inside the temple. Overall atmosphere was very peaceful with not much of devotees at our time of visit. We sought the Lord's blessings and preyed with the help of the priest there. The temple shows the great architecture of ancient period.

I love old temples , if you are coming here in Mysore to visit palace then please visit here. Just near the palace. old temple. Pray to Laxmi ji and them go to other places. Here you will fill little bit cool in the temple but there is no fan and AC. Lovely and beautiful temple.

Sri Lakshmi Ramana Swamy temple has its own unique aesthetic and artistic beauty. It is of immense importance to mysore palace since it is among the oldest temple and royals were crowned here..Built inside the premises of the Mysore Palace, it is one of the oldest shrines of mysore.The main deity of Lakshmiramana Swamy Temple is Nambinarayana, a revered form of Hindu God Vishnu. His statue has a conch in one hand and sudarshan chakra in the other. Towards its right, there is an minor shrine dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi in a smaller cell. Another shrine that adds to the beauty of the temple is of Lord Venugopala, which is about 4 ft tall. Thus the holy site holds a great religious significance.
