Iha Designs Bridal Studio

I liked Iha Designs from my personal experience when I visited them this week. I was greeted by a Customer Service Ambassador and she guided me exactly which floor I should visit for my respective purchases. I visited Iha after watching them their online website and FB posts..I purchased what I wanted as per my liking and I absolutely liked their customer service and taking down every detail as per my discussion and requirements. Totally recommend Iha Designs..They have stock of only unique collections and that's what I like about Iha...Don't visit if you are having expectations like Other Big Saree And Wedding stores in metro cities in Kerala... Because The Best designer wears which are limited are available in Iha...Not a wide range but limited so you are not confused with so many when we need to finalize and pick a saree or designer wear as per our liking....and I can assure you will not leave Iha Designs without picking up something ..You dont have to spend hours looking out for the best...you just need to tell them your exact precise requirements and budget and they will display it to you....Hence I give a 5 star rating...

It's a good option for causal wears,ethic wears and wedding lehanga etc.
Gud quality material.
There services are gud. All the sales girls are gud souls. They have a gud helping mentality. They help us a lot.
Parking facility is also available.

I was quite spectacle to order after reading the reviews.
I ordered a salwar suit, and it came on time. The material and quality is good. I have visited their store as well. All the items are quite good quality.
They are bit pricey but the quality is not comparamised.
Also, the staffs are responsive, i have sent mails for inquiry and they responded very quickly.
Looking forward to shop more!!

For last 2 and half years I am the costumer of Iha.. I had purchased a lots of sarees and churidar material.. Be frank my experience is good I had got all good quality products and I love their materials and pattern... As of now only 1 product was not delivered but they refunded it.... Why I am posting this review after these years, now I came to know that other boutique are purposefully putting negative feeds against other boutique. So I decided to share my experience with Iha

Geethu customer service is 10/10.
She was well organised to find a perfect fit which was very helpfull.

You will get value for money dress/clothes from Iha designs.

Very good collection, excellent service. We were a bit apprehensive due to the online negative reviews, but all concerns disappeared the instant we entered the boutique. We had a very warm welcome by Ms. Vineetha and Ms. Sini Lopez who helped us throughout with their suggestions and willingness to exhibit different types of sarees. We had planned to buy only one saree but left with 19. They have a great selection of beautiful sarees for every budget. Loved it ❤

We are from kollam and we came to know about iha by seeing their variety collection of dress at very affordable price in instagram and when we came here really it was a wonderful experience they have met my expectations really well . Their staffs are really very supportive and they are ready to show their products without any neglection . Very very bad experience with online purchasing.. I ordered a saree 2 months before and still there is no updation and when calling they have too many reasons..
Such a bad customer service.
Atleast there should be a option for cancellation of order..

This is my very first order and I am totally and completely satisfied. Photoyil ulla same color thanne aayirunnu and the design was just superb. ❤
