Classic Regency

I had a lovely experience at the Clasic Regency restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and refined. I had several hours waiting for a train and they allowed me to sit, write and do some research. As a traveller, it was a treat to sit in a lovely, quiet environment with air conditioning, a clean bathroom, hot water, and ...real (western) coffee!
However, be warned the prices do not include tax and this increases the price a fair bit!

The ambience and overall quality of food is amazing. Anu guided us totally throughout the time and she is amazingly talented and well communicated totally. Overall we liked the presentation by her and the quality of food. Best customer service ever!

It was my Mom's birthday today I just called randomly to this place so that I may know how to plan it accordingly I was planning a surprise dinner. To my surprise the response was so wonderful from the side of the management so I booked a table. The service was just awesome. The staff is a dedicated team who made our day a memorable one.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Classic Regency Hotel in Alleppey, and I must say, it stands out as one of the finest hotels I have ever experienced in my extensive travels. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the attentiveness of the staff and the pristine condition of the hotel. Every corner of the establishment is spotless, reflecting the high standards maintained by the management.

A special mention goes to the Manager, Ravi Kumar, whose hospitality and politeness greatly enhanced my stay. He could not have been more helpful, always ensuring that every aspect of my visit was perfect. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.

The reception staff, particularly a lady whose kindness left a lasting impression, were exceptionally welcoming and made sure all our needs were met promptly and graciously. Each morning, I looked forward to breakfast, not just for the delicious food but also for the warm and cheerful service from the breakfast staff. Their smiles and helpfulness made every morning a delightful start to the day. I’m going to miss those breakfasts immensely.

The Classic Regency Hotel has left a lasting impression on me, and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit. It’s a place that combines impeccable service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere to create an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

**Exceptional Dining Experience!**

I recently dined here and was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Five stars!

I’ve stayed here a couple of nights and the rooms are fresh, clean and have everything you need.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

The restaurant has a good and varied selection of food from Indian, pizzas to international food. I only ate Indian dishes and there were all delicious. The breakfast is good and they’ll cook fresh omelettes for you.

The location is right next to the train however I haven’t heard any noise.

The rooftop pool is wonderful with lounges, tables, chairs and umbrellas if needed. They also have a small but good gym.

I recommend this hotel.

Food was good .. but they can improve their services, there was a little delay in serving the main course after starters. Overall experience was good

Had a candle light dinner. It was really amazing experience and worth every penny. Too delicious food and amazing service. Too humble and polite staff, too cooperative and really friendly. Amazing location and great ambience. Everything is taken care of. Just come and enjoy the dinner with your partner.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday. Despite the Sunday’s crowd, the service and food were excellent, we really enjoyed our experience here and will definitely come back to try more of their dishes.

Hey there everybody. Just wanted to tell that this is one of the best places to be in reams of dine out with family friends and closed ones.
In terms of staying the rooms are well furnished and maintained with aesthetically soothing lights that gives a great vibe for the people inside. This facility also boast a gym and a swimming pool for the ones who do not wanna compromise on their fitness a great way to keep the consistency even when you are out.

I had duck roast with Kerala paratha, it was really amazing. The restaurant is calm and have a good ambiance to be with the beloved once. I recommend families to visit the restaurant quite often. Thanks 🙏🏽

I explored a truly Hidden gem and a great location, walkable from Alappuzha (Allepey) Railway station. Arya at the front desk was very much welcoming as soon as I walked in. Their restaurant ‘Rasoi’ is a must visit. Anu at this restaurant was a courteous and smiling host. Excellent food and ambience with superb service. Nice Family place I recommend.

Food is very delicious specially if you are vegetarian. Room is also good just that I didn’t like the view from the balcony much. Rest everything is good about the place.

A benchmark for luxury resorts, setting a new standard. The dessert platter at the rooftop lounge was exquisite, and the concierge team's knowledge of local attractions, ensuring we didn't miss any cultural highlights, enriched our stay.

We had Kerala styled veg meals for lunch here and they were excellent. Totally value for money. They have an extensive menu. So I would recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in this area.

The food and service were awesome. The chef and team at the restaurant were kind enough to prepare custom dishes for us. Would definitely recommend 😄

Excellent customer service especially have to highlight one of the staff; Anu (guest relation exec) she is the star of the restaurant. She takes care of the customers very well. We had a lot of dietary needs which each of them were met to the highest of standards. Enjoy a great bday! Thank you for all the accomodation. We had an amazing time!
