I recently took delivery of my new XUV 700 from this showroom and I had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process, and I particularly want to give a shoutout to Mathavan, who handled my car delivery. He was very attentive and made sure everything was in order before I drove off.

I also appreciated the predelivery check, which was carried out at the Thirunalveli location as that's where the car was originally booked. Mathavan arranged for a sales representative to be assigned to my vehicle and oversee the check, which gave me peace of mind knowing that everything had been thoroughly inspected.
