The staffs are very helpful and polite. They really care about the guests.

Kitchen is available but you need to rent everything including stove. Only space and cleaning water is available.

We will definitely visit again for sure.

They are even open to negotiate a bit, the more days you stay, price will be reduced, of course based on situation.

Cupboards are not available in room so please be prepared for that.

Very good stay at Annai Ocean Park, Velankanni. Location is close to Shrine Basilica Church. Sincere and trustworthy staff, all facilities incl. AC, hot water, clean room. We booked directly without any online agencies and got good deal. Early check-in and all advance payments (Gpay) were taken care with proper communication thru whatsapp.

Well maintained and worth for the money. It has a good proximity to the church and beach. We stayed in a deluxe room which is comfortable for two adults and one child . they also provided water bottles, soap and shampoo . Staffs are supportive and room service is available. Has a small parking area also , 2-3 cars can be parked. This is far better than many other properties near the beach. you may face hygiene issues. If you choose property near beach, better to stay in this location.

The rooms are very neat and clean. Great for families. All of us enjoyed a comfortable two nights stay. The property is close to the church. The host took good care of us. Food can be prepared at the property or bought from nearby hotels outside. The hotel staff will get food/ tea whenever requested. Excellent room service. Rooms are good and neat. Clean toilets and running is not to hard, but service are not good. Roads leading upto to the hotel is narrow. Parking spaces is little bit congested. They don't provide complementary water.

Annai Ocean park was a really nice place to stay at during our visit to Velankanni. The staff were really polite and helpful for any requests. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was a delight as it was quite clean! Overall a great place to stay at! Would definitely recommend.good one

Charged 2K for triple bedroom for half day use early morning to noon.. seemed okay spending 500 more than the normal lodges you get outside as I was with family.

Best place to stay in ac under budget. Got amazing rooms at nearly 900 rs per day off season. The road to hotel is kind of little cramped but the directions and support by the hotel manager is amazing. He steps in to help whatever is needed. Definitely worthy fir family and friends travel.

Good place to stay. Almost every year i go to velankanni. For the first time i get a neat room without sand on the floor and in bathroom. As it was located outter i experienced a calm and quiet place to sleep. Both the owner and room boy was outstanding. I suggest This place for your stay.

Booked at last minute seeing other reviews. As claimed by others, rooms are neat and clean, felt like a newly constructed one. Staffs are courteous. Would definitely visit again. Best budget friendly hotel in the vicinity.

If you are looking for safe and clean place to stay, please consider this place. Excellent hospitality that I don’t want to bargain anything there. Car parking is 3 building away from stay. The road from Church to this place (less than 800 meters) is not maintained well and hence for driving car, it was hard due to ups and downs. Except for that, everything is positive.

Far better than the 3 star stay available in Velankanni. Here the stay is clean and safe for couple and family. Though the rooms are compact but has AC, TV and Geyser. They also have a big parking space.

This is one among the best stay in Velankanni. The rooms are spacious and clean with adequate lighting. I stayed here with my family for three days and booked two rooms. Our family felt so relaxed and peaceful especially the kitchen facility was amazing. The managers are very friendly, from the first minute till the last second till the guest step out they take care.
Also they helped us to get cooking essential at minimum price.
Worth spending time and money at this please if you are traveling to velankanni.

In our trip we had many mishaps, lost our luggage, missed our bus etc, the hotel staff helped us find our luggage and stopped our bus in the next stop. Very grateful to the staff. Great in hospitality and cleanliness..
