Hotel Seagate

We had been to the hotel during off season so, the rooms were value for money I feel. The hotel staff is amazing everyone of them whom I met during my stay and they provided high quality hospitality to the guests. I will recommend this stay to my near and dear ones and will prefer to stay here for my future visits. The staff has so much warmth in them, they help guests in every way possible to make the guests experience pleasant in Velankani. Thanks to each and everyone for the service offered. The rooms and restaurant food was hygienic too.

Spacious rooms with AC, fridge, TV, Wi-Fi , swimming pool, towels and complimentary water bottle. It would have been better if they had provided paste and brush as many lodges do. Restaurant - good room service - very good. Front office staff - excellent. Bathroom light not above the mirror (room 318). Can't use electric shaver in bathroom 'cause no electrical plug point is provided. Very good location with ample car parking. Easy to go to basilica.

Rooms are clean. They provide room service on time. It is quite close to the church. They have A/c rooms with cable TV and a mini fridge which was quite useful. It was a great stay.

Rooms too were good but need some upgrades, room works were going on

It's one of the big hotels in Velankanni. It's near to the church. Rooms are very good and clean. Room service also very good. Swimming pool also available in the day time. Vehicle Parking facility also available with special rooms for the driver also provided.

The hotel is nice, well located near the Morning Star church via the back entrance. The staff is friendly and it was a no hassles stay. We stayed for 4 days, parents, spouse, and kids - toddlers. The pool adds a nice touch. The view from the window is perfect if you are on a pilgrimage. Definitely deserves a repeat visit. The hotel food is good in the evening, preferably skip lunch in the hotel and opt for one of the neighbouring food locations, because the hotel has limited choices during lunch.
Tip: Ask for the church facing rooms.

This hotel is located on the main road.
From the terrace, we can see the Morning Star Church and also the Sacred Heart of Jesus statue.

The hotel room was clean, well furnished and spacious.

They have a in-house restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The staff was polit and helpful.

I've been staying in this hotel for the past 4 years. I would surely recommend this because of the feasibility!

Sea Gate hotels and resorts have the best parking space in comparison with all other hotels in Velankanni. Good ambiance, proximity to Morningstar Church, good restaurant etc. makes it more attractive. But the buildings are very old, and ventilations are so poor that mosquitoes were coming in through the ventilator even in the highest charged AC Deluxe rooms.

Very wrost staff I really don't come back here everything is good but very wrost staff only . reception iam eating food in out of hotel they why you stand there ..why they ask my room number ..I ask why any reason any problem ????

The rooms and all are good but the restaurants food service is very slow. For eg:- when we ordered main course, it arrived within 8-9 mins but when we wanted more it took more than 10 mins to get. So pls take care of ur services

Hotel Seagate , I will definitely recommend this hotel . My stay was one night two days which was very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is very clean , hygiene and very good with service. The staff is very co operative and attentive. The location of the hotel is 10 mins walkable distance From Main velankani church. The breakfast buffet is very good and tasty. Overall stay was really good , the price as per the rooms is worth spending in this hotel with all the amenities and services. I will definitely come back in future to HOTEL SEAGATE . Thank you !!!

Best fine dining restaurent in Velankanni. Everything we tried were delish. We had a night stay at Cottage. Neat and Spacious.

Near to beach. Affordable place for family travellers. Good room service. Good and hygienic rooms. Decent restaurant. Amazing view of church and Jesus statue.
