Velankanni Shrine Museum

A good and a holy place which I visited last week. After you see around the velankanni church, you must go to the velankanni museum. You cannot take photos inside the museum. There you can see different people all over Tamil Nadu pray to God. If their prayers come true in real life they gifted (Kaanikai) like gold, silver, coins, currency, etc to God with a paper mentioning what prayer they did to God and saying him thanks. 🙏

Hey hi, it's pleasant place for devotees and your prayers will be heardby velakani madha i can witness many devotees done their rituals of miracles happened to them, always take church room for staying n cooking, check few shops before you buy or purhase anything in place or market, there is chances you get fooled by the PPL and give tips for unnecessary, beach was awesome, evening and night atmosphere is best, it's good place family get-together sharing caring loving, try not go alone, spend more time in chaple n church you will return with positive vibes. The Velankanni Church Museum to be found right opposite the Shrine Basilica within the premises of the Arogya Matha Church is a treasure repository where the priceless offerings made by the devotees to Our Lady of Good Health are stored and displayed. The wide-range of exhibits showcased in this museum include hands, legs, eyes, hearts, other body parts and stethoscopes made of silver and gold, miniature gold and silver cows, cars and crosses, a replica of the Velankanni Basilica made of coins, and many other precious articles. All the exhibits are neatly preserved in glass show cases and from time to time their positions are also changed.

They have displayed all the testimony's with proof and they have separate room with all kind of spiritual books and calendars for sale

Every thing you come to know about the church history and miracles of Mother Mary. Many devotees offer small gifts to place in the museum.

A blessed feeling,not much rush ,nobody uses mask or no covid protocols...

The Museum has a lot of offerings and testimonials and collection of various other items from devotees who have visited from near and far. Must visit place when you are here
