I recommend Citizens speciality Hospital, especially for Dr. Swarup Kumar sir. He is very careful with his patients, and the Pediatric Department is excellent. The nursing staff, including Sisters Usha, Sindhu, and Selvi, are noted for their attentive approach, providing a supportive environment that enhances patient comfort and well-being. I have visited to see gynaecologist Andal Reddy. The hospital is quite clean and well maintained. It has sufficient lifts and emergency exits. Doctors we met so far were good. Overall I liked the hospital. They provide good corporate discount on consultation (20%) and tests (15%). Same discounts are available for the residents of nearby appartments as well.

Dr. Parul is experienced fetal radiologist and helped me to manage the pregnancy related complications. She is patient and does scan in detail and explained us how to handle the situation since in my case I had low AFI and growth related complications.

My son underwent Incision of Bronchial Sinus and Tongue Tie release process by Dr. Ravi Charan Palwai(ENT) and Dr. Vijaya (ENT). They were extremely good. We visited with no expectations as we weren't aware of enquired but they helped me understand the problem and treatment procedure. Admission process, communication and in time updates, plan for surgery with timelines, pre and post surgery procedures, nursing staff, were extremely satisfied.
Had some issues with IP billing and Insurance claim/approval process but we're sorted with some delay in discharge on a Sunday.
Overall I am satisfied !!! and happy to recommend others..

Good hospital, if you’re looking out for a great treatment with budget friendly you can blindly go with this hospital. Doctors, staff , cleanliness is just awesome. We were worried about our grandmother but everything was explained in detail.Great to have the supporting staff.

The hospital has improved a lot on the infra and facilities.
The doctors are no doubts great but the staffs at the billing counter is also very according. Today my mom went to the hospital and she met an executive at the billing counter who not only guided her to the doctor but also made her very comfortable.
My mom is a very senior citizen, had never visited this hospital before today and she is also very new to the city but Papain Tripura who is Citizen Billing executive made her feel like home.
I must say this is was a great experience especially when my mom was all alone today.

My wife was taken to Citizens hospital recently for prolonged constipation. I found the staff and doctors very helpful. The treatment given to my wife worked as explained by the doctor. In particular I found Dr. Priyanka in the emergency ward very supporting and replied to all my questions very patiently. I asked if she could be contacted even after we went back home. Her answer was amazing,"Yes, as I am on emergency dutiy." Thank you Citizens Hospital and thank you Dr. Priyanka.

Paediatric care is excellent. Excellent treatment by Dr. Ranjith kumar garu. But patiant food is worst. They provide you putna chutney and worst utappas. Yesterday i ate alu & baigon fry made by them and fell sick. Imagine what will happen if the patiant ate it. Even if you complain 100 times also they simply say that dietician madam asked to provide that.

The hospital is very good with good facilities and taking care of the patience in a good manner. Dr Radhika Badanahatti and her team had taken care a lot during the delivery time of my wife. She is treating her patients very well and also supporting motivation during the delivery time and also did normal delivery. I must say that this was great experience for my family.

I underwent a Harnia surgery under the supervision of Dr. Suresh Chandra Hari. I would like to express my heartiest gratitude towards the whole management of Citizen hospital for such an seamless experience. Suresh sir is a gem of a person and had exquisite knowledge. I would highly recommend people to visit this hospital. The whole staff and management is amazing and you will not have any hassel or any form of issue. We just went there and rest everything was taken care by the hospital and also the billing experience was also amazing. I was diagnosed with Dengue, and the severe symptoms mandated my midnight admission into their ER. However, even in the middle of the night, assistance from Mr. Shubhojit ji and Mr. Naved ji was a relief, and their inputs ensured prompt and quality service. Special mentions to Dr. Taha and Dr. Sravani, the duty doctors who went above and beyond and demonstrated great patience in soothing our nerves, while Dr. Paparao was accurate in his diagnosis and treatment. Shubhojit ji was with us throughout my time there, and his and his colleagues' presence makes it a good hospital to avail treatment in.

I visited the Hospital with a severe Leg injury... reported to emergency dept and the Duty doctors Responded fast and orthopaedic doctor aravind on spot explained the problem and got the x-ray done. Later Day, they arranged for the Surgery inserting a plate. Previous day night before surgery, the Head of Orthopaedic Dept Dr.Ashok Raju introduced himself and made me feel comfortable. Next day.. they performed the surgery and as promised they discharged me with in Two days... and Yes...the medicine Handling by Nurses was very punctual and the patient Diet was good...the politeness of the staff was appreciable and Billing section acted very promptly. The only worrying matter was the maintenance people were confused .. blaming each other,
But overall the Medical Treatment was Good...as far as Arthropedic/ Fractures/Injuries is concerned, what I understood here is that the Arthropedic Department is Quite Strong here...and it being in the centre of all Busy Accident prone areas... this Hospital will solve the purpose.
