Located in UB City, the restaurant also has open sitting provisions on the outside. Offers the right vibe for a fine dinning experience.
Started the evening with Draught Beer and Sizzler Kebab Platter and ended up with Mutton Rogan Josh, black dal and naan. The kebab platter containing chicken, fish and prawn kebabs turned out to be lip smacking.
Satisfied with the food and hospitality.

Very good atmosphere to have some small business Meeting. You can sit , relax and order food. Food is good. I tried charcoal chicken and beer, Ice tea along with some biriyani . Good service

Live music and ambience is the usp. The service was quick and staff is attentive. They have so many options for vegetarians and have kid friendly menu. And also eggless desserts option as well. The food we tried was delicious and flavourful.

Salt has a great kebab festival going on that has some really great veg and non veg options. We really enjoyed the cocktails that were monsoon inspired and really were made with a lot of attention to detail.
Do ask for the kebab festival menu. The seating is great. It is open and really airy. The staff is really kind and polite as well. The overall experience was good for lunch. It has gourmet Indian delicacies with a twist.

Ambience has high stars! Beautiful breeze, candle around bright lights and peaceful music! Manh..! Loved that little outdoor seating arrangment and a great dinner place .. food was good one time visit for sure :) for a calm , cheerful conversation with whoever you go! :D

The best restaurant in UB City! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Indian food in Bangalore. The food, service, ambience here is of excellent quality. During my stay at Oakwood, I went to Salt daily for dinner and the place surprises you with unique delicacies from all over India. The people are very sweet and they will ensure you leave the restaurant with tummies and heart full. ♥

Salt is conducting kebabs & biryani festival at their UB City Outlet and it's really worth to visit. Recently dropped down and had a great time. They have various varities for veg as well as non veg.

Some of my personal favourite here are Pathar Ka Ghost, Tandoori Soola Soya Chaap, Malabar Salmon Tikka, Panner Tikka, Chicken Biryani & Gulabjamun Tiramisu. All the items are freshly made and served on the table.

Coming to the taste part, all the food are excellent. Chicken was very well marinated in biryani and flavours were coming out really well. Salmon was amazing, a must try here. Soya chaap is my favourite and it was made to perfection. Really loved this place and looking forward to drop down again soon.

The variety of veg, seafood, chicken and mutton kebabs are drool worthy and sure to please your taste buds. The taste is excellent and quality of food is outstanding.

I highly recommend trying Malabar salmon tikka, peri peri jhinga, pattar ka gosht, soya chaap, paneer tikka and cocktails. Cyclone martini and drizzling day were the best!

We had a satisfying main course of biryani, dal makhani and rice. You should also check out Salt and visit soon

Nice atmosphere, tastes and service are good. Staffs are always looking at customer’s needs.

The salt and restaurant is a must try place in uB city mall.
This place serves great food which will make your day.
I tried lentil soup.It was great to start with.
I tried palak papdi chaat and Dahi ke kebab. this were lovely start to my dine in.
Later in starter i had 4 varieties of panner and basil mint panner was the best among all of them.
Mains-
I tried methi mutter panner with assorted roti.
Saag buratha is must try thing at this place well go with lacha partha.
Dessert-
I tried red velvet cake and Rasmalai.
I liked both very much.

It was really amazing evening among the various food joints that finally decided to try Salt Pan Indian Bar and Grill.

Our host Suraj made us feel at home who suggested us to try Charcoal Chicken Tikka it was served smoking under live charcoal that enhaced smoky flavour to the succulent and tender Chicken tikka marinated with right spices that enchanted our taste buds .

Manager Mr Glenn stepped in to replace one of the dishes we ordered and ensured we got the best mutton pepper fry which was truly authentic kerala cuisine that was thoroughly relished .

Desert was simply divine to devour. MUST TRY OLD MONK BREAD PUDDING.

Ambience, service and the team deserves high appreciation as they are on par excellence.

This place deserve to be one of best places in Bangalore.

We went here for my daughter's birthday celebration, they really received is very well , made our moment very awful, played music cake cutting, and service and staff there were very generous, food tasted awesome, ambience is even more beautiful...very nice experience. Thankful for them ...i would suggest everyone to go there for nice food and ambience

Loved the extensive menu and options. A go-to place for people looking for good North indian meal along with alcohol. Large groups can be easily accommodated.

The ambience was calm, and music was soothing. The washroom was well maintained as well.

Definitely try the dal makhani. The rotis could have been softer.

Overall a great experience with Amazing location. Value of the money.

Indian food is my weakness and when I came across the “Kebab and Biryani Festival” at Salt- Pan Indian Restaurant in UB City, Bengaluru, I couldn’t help but immediately check it out!

The plethora of veg, seafood and non veg options they have will leave you spoilt for choice. Smokey, flavourful kebabs paired with cocktails, mocktails and wine was the perfect way to brunch. We started with a few complimentary dips, fryums and Papad

We also enjoyed the cocktails- cyclone martini, rain dance, thunder storm and drizzling day!

In desserts I recommend trying the gulab jamun tiramisu.

Nice ambience and attentive staff. The food was good. Loved the Amtistari Khadai Jinga along with Garlic Naan. The cocktail called NutKat was superb with a nice presentation :)
Haven’t posted the photos of the two dishes mentioned as forgot about it. Maybe next time will click the photo.

We had gone for dinner to UB city, we tried this new restaurant call Salt.
It's an Indian cuisine which is served out there.

We tried a chicken kebab platter and baby corn fry which was delicious. For mains we tried garlic Nan with butter chicken which was delicious too.

Service was good and they serve alcohol too.

Best restaurant I have visited in recent times.
Nothing went wrong at Salt.

Amazing food. All items we had were mindblowing.
Exceptional service.
Fantastic vibes with live music.

Highly recommended.
Will definitely revisit this place.
