Leaving a review because I am actually genuinely and thoroughly impressed. I had booked an expensive flight on a not-frequent route, and so I took the Trip Secure insurance option while booking. As luck would have it, our onward flight had delay and the return flight actually got canceled! (which i had to rebook an indirect flight with an even more expensive ticket).

Thanks to Digit, a portion of my incremental money got covered. The claims process was extremely smooth and hassle free (just an email with policy number, flight number, and boarding pass) and the refund was instant. Impressive!

I spoke with Avinash from Digit Insurance's call center and had an excellent experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the entire call smooth and stress-free. His prompt responses and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.

I have spoke to srinath on the phone support and provided positive response and confirmed that my corporate cash claim will be completed in next 2-3 hrs though the request from hospital for claim went in few minutes back the start of this call.
