I was on holidays in Kerala. While I was enjoying my time with family noticed tiredness and breathing heaviness checked my BP and HR found that my pulse was very low between 30-35 at this time I was in Bombay and consulted a cardiologist there and he recommended that I need a pacemaker immediately he was not ready to allow me to fly back to Kerala but I convinced him that I will take the responsibility if anything happened to me during my flight the next morning I flew to Nedumbassery and from the airport straight to Appollo hospital and Saw Dr Balakrishnan He also agreed that I needed a pacemaker but he said he can wait to see if my pulse come back to normal after few days there was no change and decided to place a pacemaker Dr Balakrishnan was excellent in interventional cardiology and his approach towards placement of the pacemaker and programming was excellent Dr Balakrishnan was one of the Best Cardiologist. Between Koratty and Karukuty. Easy to locate. Very modern well equipped with most modern technology very clean well organized highly professional approach of the well trained staff .

I had thyroid surgery from this hospital and it impressed me with its top-notch facilities and excellent services. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a soothing environment. The staff, from doctors to nurses, were incredibly caring and attentive. The medical equipment seemed state-of-the-art, ensuring comprehensive care. The cafeteria offered a variety of meals, and the waiting areas were well-maintained. Overall, a reassuring and positive experience, making me feel well taken care of at every step.

Urology surgery was best

I had a truly amazing experience at Apollo during my father's RIRS surgery. Dr. Roy John, the urologist, impressed me with his confidence and simplicity. We had previously consulted many 'big' hospitals in Ernakulam, but cost wise and technique wise, Apollo was best. The hospital's cost for the surgery was 83K which is the lowest compared to other places. Believe me. I don't know about other departments or OP. But this was nice.

Additionally, the Apollo 24/7 app provided a fantastic all-in-one solution for health records and results.

Super thrilled to have had completed medical check up here. What an organised way everything was undergone. Staffs were very much helpful and dedicated, so the delay was very less. Result of every tests were detailed to me during consultation, doctors did not make any hurry,

I suggest this hospital for periodical medical check up. Results of every tests will be automatically pushed to the app, easy to review instantaneously makes this hospital far ahead of the rest.

The LDRP facility at Apollo Adlux Hospital, Karukutty is a life changing experience. When we got pregnant, my wife and I decided that I wanted to be as involved with the birth as possible. Even though we stay 50 odd kilometres away, we zeroed in at Apollo for 2 reasons. One was Dr Elizabeth Jacob and the second was the LDRP facility.

From our first consultation, we knew we had made the perfect choice with Dr Elizabeth. She patiently explains everything, answers all your questions, guides you when necessary and allays any anxieties you might have - even if you are her first token or her 71st! Such a calming presence was of absolute importance to us and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

We chose the LDRP facility as it allowed me to be present during the delivery of our baby. I was allowed to cut the umbilical cord and was the second person, after Dr Elizabeth, to hold my baby! How magical is that?

It felt like the whole hospital came together to give us a wonderful birth experience. Be it Dr Elizabeth, Dr Anjali, Dr Deepti, Sisters Lini, Toji, Jesna, Vijitha, Anagha, Adithya, Coordinators Lakshmi and Godly and all the sisters and Staff at G ward, 8th floor. They all made sure we were in the safest of hands, constantly checking up on us, making sure we were well taken care of before, during and after delivery.

With the LDRP, we did not have to move from the time of admission till the day after as my wife could have her own private space to complete her birthing journey. The room at the 8th floor is amazing, helping you relax and readjust. The food was amazing and healthy as well with a variety ranging from cut fruits to sumptuous biryanis!

Overall, this was the best experience we could have hoped for and everyone at Apollo made sure it happened.

I was scared for delivery and I came to meet Dr Elizabeth in 8th month..I got lot of confidence from her..She is pleasant and warmth explained every thing to the core in a sweet way..
I opted for LDRP where husband and mother could be with me..The atmosphere was very comfortable where everyone was supporting me nurses -Sibi,Gloria,Reenu,Luxy and doctors psychological support -Dr Anjali,Dr Nabeela,Dr Deepthy ,Dr anjana..It was a marvelous team work..I choose epidural delivery where painless delivery anesthetist helped us..We were really blessed to have delivery in Apollo ..

LDRP has baby resuscitation facility-Dr Jino, Dr Nice ,Dr Andrea neonatologists monitored our baby ..Everything was made easy ..Well appreciated...Such a place of godliness..I am really blessed to have normal delivery here..My husband has the opportunity to cut the cord and take my baby first.

Deluxe room in G ward was a comfortable one..Nurses taught me to feed and take care of my baby..Nurses Vincy ,Sumi and Avita cared me at night ....I was we satisfied and definitely refer everyone...

I happened to be at Apollo accidentally, but recommended by one of my daughter’s closest friends. Though I was quite apprehensive of visiting a such a large hospital that is spread all over the country, I can definitely say that I am absolutely satisfied when I left it after having consultation at urologist and tests. I am sure in case of any unavoidable visit occurs in future, which I pray God not to happen, I would definitely visit this esteemed hospital.

I recently had my 2 surgeries at Apollo Adulux, and I am compelled to express my gratitude, particularly to the exceptional nursing staff of 9th floor.

The nursing team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being throughout my stay. Their attention to detail, warm demeanor, and willingness to listen eased my concerns and made a significant difference in my recovery process.

Their commitment to excellence and patient-centered care truly stood out, and I am immensely grateful for their tireless efforts. Each member of the nursing staff deserves recognition for their outstanding service, and I cannot thank them enough for their dedication and kindness.

I just delivered my first baby at Apollo Adlux Hospital. The emotional support and care given by my doctor, nursing staffs, other attending staffs and even the security team was so awesome that the most painful experience my life is now beautiful memory. I cannot thank each and every one of them enough with mere words. The hospitality and friendly nature of each and everyone who helped me go through this experience was so heart touching. I Just wish, every expecting mother had a beautiful experience like me.

Our experiences with Apollo Adlux is nothing short of Outstanding. Recently our father had a surgery and the reassurance and support that we got from Dr Kartik Kulshrestha and his team was phenomenal. All the staffs are highly professional and Great human beings. It was dad's Birthday and we even celebrated his Bday in the hospital which was again an unforgettable moment. Special Thanks to Dr Kartik and his team and Dr Sanju Daniel.

Health check up service- It was a good experience. The staff was really good at helping us throughout the checkup. They managed the time well and did not make time lag behind. Worth recommending.

Overall experience is very good.
Doctors visiting the patients regularly and addressing the problems and talking to patients was excellent.Nurses care was excellent ..All departments like cleaning staff,food delivery etc did their job in timely way..

On my 7th month of pregnancy, I came to Appolo Hospital to meet Dr. Mercy. On that day, I released that I was a BP patient with 180/90. That was shocking to me and my family. We are really stressed, but the doctor's positive words made me cool and tension-free. Doctor, give me a promise that you and your baby are safe in our hands. She met her promise, and I had my delivery( emergency c.s. with high BP 180/120) on January 2, 2024( due date: 26). By God's grace, my baby and I are safe.

1802-Best care for urology-Stone removal done which ease my pain. Dr Roy is very good doctor. Nursing care excellent. Emergency service was super. Cleaning service and food was good. Multispeciality service 24 hrs for emergency.

we have admitted to hospital on 14/02/24(room no: 1703). Nursing and administrative services are really good. Have dedicated floor team to take care the patient.Really appreciate the efforts taken by Apollo management to place a dedicated team to support discharge procedures.

We chose the LDRP facility at Apollo Adulux Hospital for the delivery of our baby and it sure has been the best decision we made in our life. We consulted Dr Elizabeth Jacob and I have always admired how calm and patient she is to clarify each and every doubt we had throughout our pregnancy. Her presence in the room itself took away stress every time including the time of the birth of our baby.

The LDRP facility provided a private space for me with my husband that personally helped me emotionally and mentally to go through the entire process. Dr Elizabeth handed the baby to my husband right after delivery, and he was also allowed to cut the cord which we will cherish for our lifetime.

Hats off to the entire team (duty doctors, nursing staff and all others who I am not naming because I don't want to miss out on anybody) who constantly came to check on me with a bright smile and provided positive thoughts during each stage of the labour. Their presence, help and support post delivery was also something that I will never forget. They were always available for any assistance we required, providing responses to every doubt and query we had about myself and the baby.

The lactation consultant patiently walked us through everything to keep in mind regarding feeding and taking good care of the baby, and made sure we are confident and will not panic at anything we notice. Our baby's doctor also took great care to listen to each and every query we had and clarified everything. All these were really helpful as first time parents.

We chose the deluxe room which is at the 8th floor which was decorated to welcome us. They ensured to provide a relaxing environment checking on us regarding food, change of clothes, amenities, and any other nursing support required.

We are really happy with the LDRP experience we had and would recommend every parent-to-be to check about this in the hospital.

Excellent service.The staffs are very helpful and they keep checking you if you need anything at anytime.Really glad to receive the treatment from here. The nurses are available 24*7 to take care of you and are very professional.Doctor Jikku has been very friendly and helpful throughout the procedure. He explained everything in layman's terms and suggested us the best way to deal with the issues.Thanks to the whole team.
