I have my policy in LIC MG Road Civil station office Bangalore.Staffs are very co-operative ,well behaved and full of knowledge. When ever I visited to office I was attended very nicely and works were. done in time.Congrates to LIC.

Even though policy is matured. Just office staff brain wash you to retain the money with them. Just by giving lame reasons and just say you will be having life cover and all stories they say.

Had a very pleasant experience. Employees were mindful of the ongoing pandemic and were willing to provide immediate assistance to ensure minimum crowding and wait time without compromising on customer service. This was the first time that I was offered help at a Govt. organization without having to wait around and be redirected to multiple people before getting my work done.

Also, love the building itself. Old but definitely not shabby. One of the few standing structures that brings back fond memories of old Bangalore

Branch 612 service is very good. Most of the staff gives prompt response to our enquiries/problems. Development Officer N.B.S. Rao service to our problem is very good and he has got patience to answer our problems. Overall branch 612 staff is friendly in nature and excellent.

For those who are complaining about parking, there's paid 4 wheeler parking behind the building and free 2 wheeler parking. Had pleasant experience with staff. Went there for some policy related work and they helped.

I visited to 2nd floor, i got stunned with the appearance of the office structure. Looks really beautiful LIC Branch I nvr seen like kind of branch,LIC'S CUSTOMER support as usual best service from the staff members,
I like to recommend others for visiting TO THIS PLACE.

Lovely place and a beautiful building located in CBD. The stone architecture at the corner built ages ago attracts people even today for its finest location and in the heart of Bengaluru. Must visit as travel by metro too is easy and surrounding cubbon park cricket stadium Mahatma Gandhiji statue museum are all at a stone throw away. Behind this building the much visited church Street and brigade road too are attractions for citizens to walk the lane giving a presence of a foreign city. Restaurants shopping complexes malls eateries and branded showrooms add glamor to the area. LIC is perhaps the luckiest to have a customer branch in this area long ago as it's competitors have to shell down heavy rentals for premises which would never ever have a look if stature.
