This is a very old temple of Lord Mahadev. The temple is situated near to village Jamkhed. Construction of temple took place from Black Rock. It is believed that this temple was in other village, and one night it travelled and settled at current place. The construction of temple is of Hemadpanti type. This is a very peaceful place.
