Today i took my car here upon some complaint. They have thoroughly listened, understood & attended my problem with friendliness & patience. Fortunately my car wasn't having any complaint. The dealer has not taken much time & even didn't charge any consultation charges too. I really Love their service.

Had to visit guntur thursday morning for a business trip and while on the way back to hyd in the evening had a small noise coming from under the engine on the highway ,so it was already late 6:30 pm and the showroom was closed still they helped me out and got my car in the garage and rectified the problem, they did not charge any bill...the lady at the reception, the executive and the mechanic were so helpfull and smooth to talk with ...... * * * * * FIVE STARS 👍

If you take your car for service and show them an issue they will fix that issue and make room for another issue. I took my car two times and i returned home only to discover that my car has more issues.

Edit: Ford resolved all my issues. Their service got so much better. Probably the best right now. Keep up the good work.

Twice i had given my car for service, they had done servicing nicely. Staff are good and have proper knowledge. When I had a battery issue with my ecosport vehicle, the service manager discussed directly with bangalore ford service center and resolved the issue.

Gopi was a wonderful sales person. Very patiently he explained all the features and clarified all doubts. Even in the test drive he guided very well. His good communication made us think about buying Ford cars

Amazing. Definitely Ford. I am from Bangalore, I was travelling. I visited the service center as the brake pads of my Figo 2015 were worn, Ford fixed it in less than an hour with nominal labour charges. Everything was amazing from the service to the customer lounge, don't know whats gotten into peoples mind with all the negativity around. Own a Ford and you will know it is worth every penny.
