The concept of the offline store for pepperfry is that we go there, feel their product quality then go online, see what's available online on their website and purchase through their online portal, BUT we get a better pricing through the offline store than whatever is mentioned online! And also the product set up and sent home! Brilliant!

Satheesh Nair at the Kottayam location was extremely helpful. He took the time to understand my requests and helped me find furniture that is perfect for my new house. I would highly recommend this store.

We visited studio pepperfry, Kottayam today to purchase furniture for our new home. The studio is cute, the designs are good, the pepperfry website is there when we go to purchase the product, they show the product on the screen, the designs are nice, they suggest us and order it in a good way, the staff at the studio are very friendly, I recommend it.

A very accomodating staff.As opposed to the shop culture in kerala(sorry to say)where staff is on one feet to pack up and have no qualms in telling you it's time to close,if you happen to visit the place around the shutter down time.
