Kolanupaka Swetamber Jain Mandir

A good jain temple , very neat and clean. The structure of the temple is very good.
The only problem i faced to realy on Google map shortcut.. don't leave the main road to save time.

Parking on road and its not an issue. Jains have place to stay in dharmashala..

One or two food stall available. We have enjoyed the horse car ride around the temple.

Very historic place. Must visit as it’s not to far from Warangal Highway

It was a superb experience. I visited the ancient Kolanupaka Jain Derasar, and it was a captivating experience! The intricate architecture, dating back centuries, left me in awe. The serene ambiance and exquisite sculptures instilled a sense of peace and reverence. Learning about the rich history and Jain traditions from the knowledgeable guide made the visit truly memorable. The Kolanupaka Temple is said to be more than two thousand years old. In its present form, is more than eight hundred years old. It is believed that Jainism was prevalent in Telangana before the 4th century, and Kolanupaka was one of the prominent centres of Jainism from early times.Lord Rishabha, popularly called Adinath Bhagvan, was the first Tirthankars in the Jain religion. It is believed that the original idol of Lord Adinath, known locally as Manikya Deva, has made Kolanupaka its abode.

There are eight idols of the other Tirthankars on both the sides of the main temple. The statue of Lord Mahaveer is 130 centimetres (51 in) tall and is said to be made of a single piece of jade. Idols of Lord Simandar Swami and Mata Padmavati are installed on either side of the main temple. Kulpakji is an important pilgrimage center for Svetambara Jains of South India.

Also, the Someshwara Temple is very famous, which was established by Chalukya’s about 800 years back. Kolanu means a Lake and Paka means a Hut. There used to be lots of lakes and huts and this caused to get this name.

Lord budha temple is a famous attraction here.There are also lots of other temples around.
You can meditate with peace and take horse rides also.

Ancient jain temple According to my knowledge pratima of bhagwan shri adinath is one of the oldest pratima on this earth. Must go place. Food available hai. Room for stay also available. Pooja ke vastra bhi available hai. I take from there do pooja n return.

This journey was one of the best ones I had ever experienced. I was fantasied by the design of the temple. Everything about the temple is so good. There are dharamshalas and food facilities available for Jains. The horse ride to nearby museum and temples was also the best part. Maintenance of the temple is awesome. I hope many people come to know about this temple, because it's really something one should not miss.

I highly recommend to visit this place. There are plenty of trains available from secunderabad station to aler costing you 45rs per head. You will reach the place in 1hr from the time you start the journey. It is one of the best places to visit when you are nearby Yadadri, Bhuvanagiri or Hyderabad. Take time and enjoy the day with your loved ones.

The famous jain shrine near by hyderabad. The temple is said to be 2000 years old and dedicated to Lord Rishabha the first thirthankar. Along with him you can able to see Lord Simandar swamy and Mahaveer. The temple arcitecture is so good and outstanding and made up of marble stones. Out side of temple there will be horse carts if u want u can surely try. It's awesome.

This beautiful temple is situated on the way from hyderabad to warangal off around 12 km
Kolanupaka Temple is the other name of Kulpakji Jain Mandir. The temple is at Kolanupaka Village near to Aler, has three deities as Tirthankars, Lord Rishabha, Lord Neminath, and Lord Mahavir. There are eight more idols of other Tirthankars, we can see them on both sides of the temple.

The idol of Lord Rishabha carved with a green stone, which is historically known as Manikya Swamy and Lord Adinath. The statue of Lord Mahavir made with single Jade of 140 cm height. In the temple, every Tirthankars built with its unique style.

Divine Place & well maintained Jain Tirth where main Mulnayak/ Diety is Rishab Dev Bhagwan, the first Tirthankar.

They don't charge anything for stay & food, mostly they depend on generous donations to run this place.

Timings for Pakshal and Pooja are mentioned in one of the posted pictures.

Place is peaceful.. Jains worship tirthankar gods here . lunch and dinner before sunset tokens available.. washrooms are available and rooms facilities are there if u did like to stay...
You can't go too near idols if not in Pooja clothes...

bhojanshala and Dharmashala are available for jain yatri .those who visiting temple.. it's open for all for Darshan but food n stay is only for jain ppl.i m going thr for many years no change .management shud work on basic amenities. Specially rooms n bathrooms..

Well constructed temple as per Jain traditions. Peace and cleanliness within the campus. Do not miss out 1000+ year Shiva temple about a KM from this temple, which also has a small archeological museum in its premises with some ancient idols.

There are no words to describe the most ancient idols of Bhagwan Rishabhdev, Prabhu Mahavir Swami and Padmavati Mata. It will touch your mind and soul for sure. Nice surrounding. Old Dharmshala rooms are under renovation. Excellent food in Bhojanshala. Divine peace
