The hotel was an excellent choice to host family for wedding purpose. The staff, especially Abhinav and Tanveer, did everything in their capacity to make us feel comfortable.

Very nice hospitality and value for customer needs. When every hotel in varanasi was ditching after booking, this hotel gave a very nice experience. Rooms were also quite good. Special thanks to the Mr. Md. Aarif for the humble and quick response to all my needs. Will definetly stay here for varanasi trip.

Book it online to get an exciting deal. The hotel is newly constructed and has all modern amenities. Probably the best available hotel in the town of Mughal Sarai. The food quality is excellent when you order from the menu, however buffet breakfast is an average attempt. Liquor bar is available but not operational because they don't have an alcohol licence. Overall a good experience in the otherwise cluttered town. Not a must visit but definitely a saving grace if you land up in Mughal Sarai.

A good venue to hold Wedding and parties Event with capacity of around 150-200 people.
Also, the restaurant is there if you want want to go and dine in and spend some quality time.

Having stayed in Hotels like Vijaigarh Koti, Assi which has a higher rating than GenX Plaza, I am convinced that this Hotel is much better in terms of Customer Service, Food, Overall size of rooms, location. Overall value for money. Ideal for someone who is visiting Bal Shishu Grah, Chandauli and District / Family Court. The staff is approachable, helpful and highly customer oriented.

Great experience. Very courteous staff Mr. Sunil (Restaurant Manager), Mr. Rajesh (GM), Neat & Clean rooms, value for money, nice food in there own restaurant. It's all beyond expectations compare to the value of money you pay so pls dont think twice if you need to stay near to Mughal Sarai station.

On main road to Mughalsarai station. Around 1 km before station to Varanasi route. Only ac hotel with good food, good staff, room is comfy with better services. Nice place
