The waterfall is located on a hill surrounded by forest. The environment is very beautiful. The water is coming down from the top.The little dots are awakening the freshness in the mind. And creating a beautiful rainbow those water droplets.

It was really awesome memories. We have ride of approx 400 km and reached kakolat waterfall and due to some route we are thinking may be it was worst place and worth it or not to wasting the whole day but at the end i loved it. Due to winter season there are few people but I loved and also taken bath in waterfall and full of masti with friends 😜

Kakolat waterfall located in the Nawada district of Bihar. Below the waterfalls are a cover of lush greenery on the hill surrounded valley. This place is best to be visited after monsoon and then right after the strong winters are gone. The immense natural beauty of this place makes it a huge favourite of nature lovers. You can also do bird watching here especially during the colder season when migratory birds come here.

Very nice place with lush green forest. Water of the fall is really cold during summers. And it's a must visit place during summers. There are many small hotels at the foothills serving foods i.e chicken, rice, roti , fish etc....one can carry their chicken, mutton etc and get them cooked there in those hotels.

The falls is very beautiful, surrounded by forest and hills.
The best time to visit the place and take bath in the waterfall is during the summers. Below the Kakolat waterfall, there is a deep natural reservoir.

It took approx 3 hrs to reach from patna.
Once you reach there you definitely enjoy.

One thing there is no place available for cloth changing, if you are going with family its a problem.

This is a must visit place in Nawada. In summar you can expect a huge amount of crowd. During winter area is less crowdy and you can enjoy the nature. Please note that you have to climb stair to reach the waterfall and temple. Food stalls are available at the valley. If you are a birdwatcher, then you might like this place during winter. Nice panoramic view. Please don't stay at night or avoid visiting here when it's dark.

In summer it is like and gangtok and darjeeling , Very Calm and Peaceful palace with ultimate water fall and mountain view . Waterfall is continue since more than 50 year and it is not been stop for single minute and this what is beauty of this palace . it is situated at 30 Km from Nawada District in Bihar .
Suggesting every one to visit this historic palace once on life or in every summer

I have never imagined that I can find a waterfall in bihar but I am very please to find one . Kalikat is not very famous but one can have fun here coming with friends . It's far from city crowd so if you like less crowded place you can visit here . You will not find any shop there so better you carry your clothes with you and other important things

It's a great place to go in summer with family, friends and kids on you will enjoy a lot there.But local people are very rude don't mess with them. Nowadays water is really so dirty. There is no management no police nothing so you have to take care of yourself.

Kakolat as a waterfall is good, but people like us have made it worst. People dont have sense to keep the premises clean there and the dhabas which are present there prepare food with the contaminated water in which people have thrown hell lot of dust and left out particles.

The road which connects the main highway to kakolat is a express way , it takes 2 hours to cover a pitty distance of 15 km ;) , its a single narrow road in which bus might not fit in. The road is in awsm condition with atleast a feet deep holes on it.

Government needs to take some action to keep the premises clean and shall not allow the mess creaters over there and shall conserve the natural spot.

Over all its a good spot to visit provided if you like lot of garbage or things get better in future.

It's a very calm and peaceful place to visit in summer. Water falling from upside is very cold. You can enjoy bathing and do picnic in provided jungle area. Overall very nice place to visit

Beautiful waterfall of Nawada . Tourist come to take bath but there is problem of changing clothes for girls and women. They have to change their clothes in front of people who taking bath there.

Open for tourists now. World class facilities. A lot of eatery places nearby. Great tourism spot. Must visit for families. Special dedicated spot for picnic. Just arrive there with nothing and you will have all facilities available at reasonable cost.

I enjoyed to bath with family..But there should more facilities like changing rooms ,bathroom ,

At too much height..
You have to climb too much steps..
If you are chicken lover then ordered before you climb 🪜..
