UPALA VAGHESHWARI MA

It's located in a small hill trail along with a mauni ashram upwards, where there were oddly 150-200 steps to reach. On a few steps, we were accompanied by some monkey friends just chilling here n there in this lavish greenery. After reaching the top, we took a blessing, and we enjoyed the view of this beautiful mountainous city called Junagadh. My recommendation would be to visit at sunset hours.

Very scenic place. Sunset is best time. Temple is small but well maintained. About 100 odd steps from base to reach here. One can hike through a small trail to Mauni Ashram from here.

One of the best view of Junagadh. Its sunset poi nt hardly with trekking of 1km. You will have a best drone view. Wonderful atmosphere. You can go for meditation in early morning. You will see uparkot, Junagadh city from there.

This was old mandir of vagheswari mataji....near to new mandir. Best time for visit during sunset and sunrise.

Not so high, but natural religious place. Clear Junagadh city view from this place.

5 Stars are not enough to rate or justify this place.... Superb holi place...Situated near about 150 steps up.... Everytime you visit, will surely have different fillings... You will forget every things that is material.... Temple is not luxurious but one will forget every luxury in life... Bunch of memories you will have, last for long, too long... Amazing Feelings 👏

Vagheshwari Temple is on the way to Girnar Taleti. Vaghehwari means goddess on tiger. This is nice temple of Maa Vagheshwari. Main festival of temple is Navratri and on 8th day of Navratri a big Yagna is performed. Jay mata di.
