Today I got delivery of my new Tata Punch. Wow, what a homely experience right from the day I first visited the showroom. The showroom ethics, cleanliness, and appearance was excellent. Staff was high courtesy and greetings. They not only offered good greetings,but also drinks of our preference. Staff members dedicated to me became almost a family member till I got the vehicle delivered. The staff was awesome supportive, fully professional, and absolutely well groomed. The vehicle was delivered to me on exact time promised, and the delivery process was almost like home ceremony. Cake cutting, photography, etc were added to our pleasent surprise. Overall it am very very satisfied, and very happy to be part of TATA family.
