Appreciate for use of paper bag considering the environment but it should be free of cost upon purchase of product from the showroom. Moreover, when it is being charged with the purchased items then as per norms GST is also chargeable. So free of cost paper bag may be given to the customer. Management may review it.

Bata showroom is located in prominent place near murugankurichi bustop and As iam a Bata lover, I always buy bata footwear, I chose a footwear and my correct size is not available, they ordered for me and i got it within 5 days and it is perfectly fit and good condition. Using it for 3 weeks and doesnt feel any discomfort. Quite good place to get footwear. As it is branded and long lasting the cost for footwear will be bit high.
