I went to the store only for my watch care service. During the quality time, the CRO Karthikeyan. M has just explained about the smart watch. I have no idea about the watch. I dont prefer to use straps. But the watch's feature,his efforts, the quality of the watch and his patience made me to buy the watch. He explained me with patience. Once I bought the watch, he just explained me how to handle the watch with care. In my phone, he asked to install the app and clearly explained the features. After my 2 days of purchasing, he made a call to enquire about my handling, any clarifications. I have also asked many doubts related to handling. The choice of the watch was very cool. Good service and plesant staffing experience. The staffs are really patient and settled me with quality shopping. Thank you for the watch care team and giving me a good shopping experience. Had a nics experience in purchasing smart watch.
