Shree Ram Mandir Ramling Bet-Bahe

It is a beaitiful Hindu temple located on an island called 'Shree Ramalinga Bet' in Krishna river near village of Bahe. After walking for almost half km, you reach the temple compound. After going in, you will first see the Ram mandir. There is a beautiful stone nandi at the entrance and Shivalinga is inside the garbhagriha.

Around this temple there are many other temples as well, which include those of Lord Ganesh, Sant Janabai, Gaumata and most importantly that of Lord Maruti (one of the 11 Maruti established by Shree Samartha Ramdas Swamy)

Note:
1. You have to walk on a walkway of small stone dam to reach the island. It does not have railings on the side, do you got yo be careful walking on it, specially be cautious with kids. During monsoon if the river is overflowing the access is closed.
2. Ample parking is available.
3. There is a boating facility available near the parking lot. During season, when river is flowing with good amount of water, you can take boat rides at nominal charges.

Very famous Shri Hanuman Temple and Shri Ram Temple are built on this island.
Samarth Ramadas Swami installed the deity of Shri Hanuman and erected the temple.
You can get refreshment outside the temple.
To reach the temple complex, you have to walk around 1.5 Km from the car parking. Their is a nice causeway built from the car parking up to the temple.
In rainy season, the causeway is submerged, so the temple is not accessible.
Their is no shed on the causeway, so avoid afternoons.

People believe that Shri Prabhu Ram and Sitamai along with Hanuman had visited this place which gives spiritual aspect to this place.

You will have to walk to get to the temple for atleast 500mtr through walkway built in river.
Good place to spend some quality time with family. Parking is available. Snacks is available but if you plan to have lunch, just carry from home🙂🙂🙂

Very scenic and beautiful place in the middle of krishnaa river! The ancient temple of Hanuman was installed by Ramdas Swami, he had established 11 such maruti temples in total.

There is also a shivling and deities of ram sita laxman Hanuman at the back. Sri ram jaya ram mantra is written on top. This is perfect philosophy as lord shiv says himself to parvatidevi, that he always chants the holy name of lord ram, and lord ram is his beloved master.

Ramdas Swami encouraged youths to worship hanuman, and fight back against the Mughal invaders. He inspired Shivaji Maharaj to become king. People were moving away from dharma, and sant Ramdas was very instrumental to maintain the spiritual culture of the time.

This place is near Islampur which is blessed with natural views. It also has religious touch. The scenes are awesome. We can walk to the temple on the island on a bridge.....Its unexplored that makes it spectacular! Must visit place if you're a nature lover.
