Perfect Homestay for family, friends, couple . 100% safety. Budget friendly. Well cleaned and maintained . The hosting family treated us like family. Home cooked breakfast will available on demamd. You will not feel like you are away from home. Everyone is very helpful.

Awesome place and very friendly people managing this place. Well furnished room with attached western style washroom, 24 hours hot and cold water, and ample of car parking space. Room was well maintained, clean and is big enough for accommodating four people very comfortably. Locations of this place is perfect to plan your visit to near by well know beaches and people managing this place are very friendly and help you with local contacts for arranging scuba diving, water sports and boat rides.

Good quite place. Beach is 1Km away so you can have a stroll whenever you feel so. Great hospitality. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We had book all there rooms. Breakfast is available on demand. Couple of good places near by to have home style malvani food, Mayekars home food was our favourite.

Well maintained homestay. The hosting family is really very helpful. They are the ones who made our stay more comfortable. Also the room was pretty clean. And just for 1K for 3 people. Definitely worth 5 star.

I was there for a weekend stay with my family in Mar 2017. As such there is nothing too jazzy about the place - It is a simple, neat, comfortable place to stay. The rooms and bed is big enough for 3 ppl. The family is very friendly and helpful.

They have few pets. My kid loved it. My wife - not so much.

Food is awesome!!

On the down side - It does not have any prime beach close-by. But if you have a car (we did); every place is within 10 mins of drive.

Well maintained clean rooms. Very supportive owner and staffs.24 hrs hot water service. Also provide scuba and other water sport package. Provide breakfast on your oder besics, not included in room tariff. Beach is 1km away from hotel, if you have a vehicle then it doesn't matter. Anyway a happy staying 🙂

Good place to stay. Spacious rooms with all basic necessary amenities available. Friendly owner makes the whole thing even more interesting. Ensure that you are moving around in your vehicle in this part of Konkan. Enjoy....

Chandraprabha Nyahari Niwas(CNN) is most convenient and centrally located place near Wairi Malwan.
Each room is large enough to accomodate 3 Adults in a single clean and tidy room with water flowing 24 hours (cold and hot).
With excellent service by all senior and junior family members, from Bala Mithbavkar to youngest member Darpan, they create a homely atmosphere providing the choiciest local and ethenic breakfast Malwan / Konkan is famous for.
Homely lunch and dinner of your choice is suitably available at walkable distance from CNN.
We 6 (six) members had a lovely stay of 5 days last week and enjoyed the monsoon weather and above all their Superb Hospitality.

It's nice place for visit with family or friends. Owner's are so humble and very kind person. Room's are very clean and this place is in center place. Tarkarli , Chivla Beach and Sindhudurg Fort are within 5KM radius. They provided Morning breakfast as per your choice.

We travel to this destination regularly and periodically in a Team of 4 to 8 persons.Our experience at the "Chandraprabha Nyahari Niwas" with every trip has been memorable and full of joy. The Mithbavkar family as "Unit" from Father, Mother and brothers and other members, all fully involved in the services to the "Guest" at their place.The rooms are spec clean and spacious for a family of 4.The linen on the bed etc clean and tidy, and whenever required is replaced at your request.The breakfast is their speciality ,every morning as per your menu suggested.
Deliciios Lunch and Dinner can be arranged in a nearby hygienic homes as per your menu suggested vegetarian and non-veg.The Manager Kiran is a ideal figure of "Hospitality" who guides you to your place of visit in and around Malwan and arrange car,suv,or mini bus as may be required by you
