Gurudwara Bhagat Namdev Ji

Gurdwara Sri Darbar Sahib Bhagat Namdev, which is also known as Gurdwara Sri Tapiana Sahib. Bhagat Namdev prayed to God here for 10-20 years, doing many miraculous deeds. There is an old Thara Sahib and a statue of Bhagat Namdev. The Parkash of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is carried out in the Gurdwara.

The Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji recognizes many bhagats of the Bhakti movement of medieval India. Kabir, Farid, Namdev are some of the bhagats belonging to this movement which swept across the North India from 1100 AD till 1600 AD.

Bhagat namdev ji

Bhagat Namdev Ji was a prominent saint and poet in the Bhakti movement of India. He was born in the 14th century and is considered one of the revered Bhagats in Sikhism. His devotional compositions are included in the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy scripture of Sikhism. Bhagat Namdev Ji's teachings emphasized love and devotion to God, transcending barriers of caste and social status. His legacy continues to inspire people with his profound spiritual poetry. This is the holy place where Bhagat Namdev ji left his holy body after completing the age .
Bhagat Namdev was very reveloutionary saint . Shri guru Arjan dev ji had entered the teaching and writing of bhagat Namdev ji in Holy Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji .
Namdev ji was born in Maharashtra . Where the ritual of untouching is very common .Bhagat Namdev ji once gone to a hindu temple in Narsi for praying to God but the priests and people expelled bhagat ji from Temple as Bhagat ji belog to sudara faimly . Bhagat Nandev ji sat on back side of temple and prayed to God . God revolved the temple premises gate to that side which side Bhagat Namdev ji was sat .
Still the temple if Narsi is witnessing the same
But very bad luck if people still the temple of Bhagat namdev ji is outside of temple of God That God reveloved

Sant Namdev Samadhi is very nice place. Clean and calm. But lunger system needs improvement. As a maharashtrian I really liked how they have maintained the place.

This temple is very famous especially in sikh-shembe Community ,Every year there is organised fair and millions of people come there I also come with my family

Baba Namdev ji meditate at Gurudwara Tapiana Sahib for 17 years. 61 shabad of Baba Nam dev ji included in the holy book of Guru Granth Sahib ji.
