We stayed for 2 nights opted for royal deluxe room, very spacious and comfortable and well planned luxurious stay. The jacuzzi is cherry on the cake and extremely soothing experience. The owner Mr Nakar is gem of person, helped all the way through our doubts and nearby excursion. Very courteous staff and if you are looking for peaceful, less crowded and gated property with parking facilities then ORO VISTA should be the one.

location quite near to clean beach and those who enjoy water sports for them also quite suitable , service is very good, food served in hotel was quite tasty, owner takes care of suggestions and try to provide as much as help they can. awesome experience of stay who like sea shore. enkoyed 2 days stays here with family.

We spent 2 nights here, had a wonderful experience at this place. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They have indoor games as well. Food was delicious they don’t provide only Malvani dishes but North Indian n Chinese too. Luxury and cleaned rooms. I would recommend for stay at devbag beach at this place to my friends .

Perfect place for a family where we would like to be in a peacful place post all our locational activities since room size is not typical hotel stay its large ones.Its with beach on a side and back waters on the other, Devgab natural event is sangam of sea an river which can be access anytime of the day by staying here, rest host will ensure as concierge service that you and your family have fun to the maximum as you like which are in around usually heard on best things to do in Tharkarli and Devbag.
Surely suggested for anyone as family.

The hotel is great for a family stay. The Royal room (with Jaccuzi) is exteamly spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff is very helpful. Was amazed to see how the owners, Mr. Narkar & Mr. Paradhkar were personally involved in ensuring customer satisfaction. The kitchen service is slow but makes that up by the delecious food served. The hotel also provides pick up and drop services from Kudal stn. and offers internal travelling options at a reasonable rate. Overall, a great option for a family stay at DevBaug.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing & hospitable. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting MALVAN.
This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.

Recently I stayed in Oro Vista for 3 days & 2 nights. It was an amazing experience with facilities available in the hotel.
Hotel owner Mr. Santosh Narkar is very humble, polite & supportive he & his staff guided us for the places to visit in Malvan & nearby area. A good place to stay for couples & family.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family, there are lots of homestays in devbaug but if you are looking for a luxury stay in devbaug at a reasonable price ora vista has it all, the hotel was a good ambience and vibe, rooms are modern well lit, elegant and clean, well equipped with tv ac geyser, it has a balcony as well where you can sip your coffee .super deluxe rooms are equippes with jacuzzi... It has an oncall doctor, restaurant is spacious and the food is excellent.
They serve malvani, Chinese and North indian cuisine and the taste was exquisite.
The staff is very polite and gave us best service throughout.
Owners are very engaging and are keen to look at opportunities to make it better than what it is.. which itself is a mark of good brand..
If you are looking for a luxury place in devbaug, I would definately recommend oro vista.

Oro Vista was the best experience for stay in Malvan / Devbag as compared to different hotels I have visited. Staff is polite and service was also nice. Housekeeping ready to help clean the room, no matter how much mess we created. The room was very spacious and we opted for the one with jacuzzi. Just like a cherry on the top! Restaurant's food was also authentic. Malvani and Chinese was delicious.

One of the best Hotel in Devbag.. The rooms were clean and well managed. The manager and staffs are very good. The hotel also has restaurant facility and food is very good. We took the package for water rides along with hotel rooms booking. The behaviour of the manager was very good and supportive and would like to give 5+ star especially for that

My Rating is only for food since I came here to the Restaurant. Looking for a tasty, authentic and delicious food in Malvan this place can serve you at its best!
I tried Chicken Fry, Chicken Lollipop and Chicken Thali and then couldn't resist trying it again the next day.
The only small drawback is you need to order it ASAP and sometimes there is staff shortage which might delay your order.
However, staff are polite enough to take to delivery the tasty food enroute to your table.

Excellent stay at Oro Vista and very safe for a girls trip. The rooms are clean and spacious with a modern look. Hotel is located very close to beach. The entire hotel staff is very well behaved and are always ready to help with special thanks to Mahendra ji for managing everything so well. The area has frequent power cuts so it's better to carry a power bank however basic lighting and fan is on with the help of generator. Food is tasty and better than other famous hotels if you are a vegetarian. Non vg is good too. Hospitality at its best. Definitely recommended. Would visit again.

If u r planning for Malvan then this is a perfect hotel u can stay the hygien , service is so luxurious n so worth it u will have a perfect trip n dam the beach is just 2min walkable n the food is so so so yumm it’s the best one in that lane it’s a bit inside but u will find it easy ❤
