I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at the most delightful home stay, and I must say it was an experience to remember! From the warm and welcoming hosts to the mouthwatering local cuisine, everything about this place exceeded my expectations and easy on pocket.

First and foremost, the home stay itself was absolutely charming.The room provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that I felt right at home, and their genuine hospitality made all the difference.

Now, let's talk about the highlight of my stay: the food! The local cuisine served at this home stay was nothing short of exceptional. Each meal was a culinary adventure, showcasing the authentic flavors of the region. From aromatic spices to fresh, locally sourced ingredients, every dish was a masterpiece. The hosts took great pride in preparing these traditional delicacies, and it was evident in the exquisite taste and presentation. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spreads, which featured a variety of regional specialties that left me craving for more.

What made the dining experience even more special was the opportunity to interact with the hosts and learn about the cultural significance of the dishes. They gladly shared stories and anecdotes about the local traditions and culinary heritage, making each mealtime an educational and engaging experience.

Place is 2 minutes walk to the beach and Vicky went above and beyond to arrange transport for us when we had to leave urgently.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a home stay that seamlessly combines comfort, warmth, and exceptional local cuisine, look no further! This place is a hidden gem and wonderful host family.

They owner Vicky was not present at that moment but he helped us reach and travel trroughtout by calls and also arranged auto for us with reasonable rates. His mom and dad gave us mesmerising service it almost felt like home to us. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. The beach was 5mins walking distance away. The rooms were neat and tidy with comfortable bed and amenities. They had plenty of trees around. The food made by kaki was so delicious that we had all our meals there itself. Ghavane chutney and fish thalis even the veg thali was utterly delicious and are must try. She surely has magic in her hands. Thankyou for the great great great hospitality Loads of love from our family.

Best home stay at Malvan. Vicky lokegaonkar is the most wonderful and helpful host I've met. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The food prepared by his mother is the most tastiest home food with a variety of options available to eat. Overall very nice for family, & Friends.

This review is an honest one.. I was there with my family . We had booked two rooms on arrival. Wayari beach is a walking distance from the home stay. The construction is new and the rooms too are well maintained.. hot water and wifi facility is provided by the host. Vicky lokegoankar and his entire family members are a very good host to the guests. Delicious food is cooked by them and served with love.
He also makes arrangements for water activities at a reasonable price.
Tarkarli beach and Devbagh beach are just 6 km away from the location. Wayari beach is very clean so we preferred it over the others.
Overall a very good experience

The stay experience was wonderful. The family running the homestay is very humble and gave us fantastic service.
Our puppy was treated as family which gave us homely feeling.

We had an excellent experience staying at this home stay. The owner was incredibly hospitable and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were top notch. Not only was the space great, but the owner was so friendly and accommodating. And beach is 2 min walkable distance from his home stay.
He was always available to answer questions and help us out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home stay to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It's a great place to stay with Family. Owner Vicky will help you with everything. Best place if you have baby with you. There is lot of space for babies to play.

I had stayed here for a day with my family from location beach is in 1 min by walking the owner is very co-operative and food is also good n reasonable so I do prefer visit once.

We stayed here for 3 nights,4 days in this month. We had great experience . Owner Vicky is very helpful and will guide you from start of your trip till exit. We enjoyed entire family company very much.
( father,mother, especially cutie pet dog princy). My 6 year old child loved this place as well home cooked food very much.Whole day he was playing outside home in sand/mud. They didn't mind anything even if he was touching plants/tools etc ...
Place is very neat and clean, washrooms are well maintained. Nice home cook food, beach at walkable distance. Rates are reasonable. Owner will help you in all arrangements like day trip planning, scooter rent, watersports recommendations etc.
We felt as if we are staying in our own village home . Must visit this place atleast once in a year.

Best home stay at Malvan. Vicky lokegaonkar is the most wonderful and helpful host I've met. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The Host - Vicky Lokegaonkar is a genuinely helpful person and an awesome host. Helps you plan your day in case you fall short of ideas.

The Room - They are spacious and clean. The toilets are also well maintained and clean. There is hot water facility available.

The Food - the awesome food is prepared by Vicky's mother. It's one of the most authentic and tastiest Malvan food I've eaten in a long long time. There are lots of seafood and vegetarian food options to choose from.

Accessibility - all the tourist destinations and beaches are close by from this location. Vicky even helps in arranging watersports and other activities.

Overall, it was a memorable and awesome homestay experience and I hope more people get to experience it too.

The place is as expected , neat and clean, close to the beach, surrounded by greenery and the best part is the authentic konkani food. Host Mr. Vicky is very helpful in terms of guiding you with the visits to tourist places and beach activities.

Two day Stay at Lokegoankar Homestay feels like real Kokan life .Rooms was good and clean .Food was amazing.best part is Caretaker Vicky is very caring and friendly.

Vicky is one of the best hosts I have ever seen. He helps us in all sorts of things. He recommended places to visit in Malvan, water activities and food.

Spacious rooms with power backup, AC and television, a very supportive and friendly owner who also has very good suggestions for any queries related to travel and tourism in Malvan. Excellent tasty food, good place to stay if you are visiting with both family and friends!!
