The Orchard Greens Resort

So, my stay was for 2 days. I arrived quite early at 5 am. It was freezing cold.

They couldn't provide us with early check-in. But they did provide us a table to sit and wait and a heater to warm ourselves. Later on, we managed a room to freshen up thanks to a very nice elderly couple who checked out early.

I put service as 4 because i think the waiting room could be centrally heated as the small heater wasn't hot enough. Also, the general washroom downstairs isn't clean or well equipped enough. Also, the breakfast can be better, which i will explain later.

However, They upgraded our room to a better view, which was a nice gesture.

The rooms are really nice with exceptional views and great heating.

However, I think the breakfast in the morning should have some non-veg options, which i didn't find for the two days i was there.

Had an excellent stay, the property is centrally Heated however I think they tern off the heating at around 2 or 3 AM. The location is good and the food is excellent.
They do need to organize their parking and start noting car no. Of the guests as incase someone has blocked someone's car than the guest can be easily contacted.

Amazing hotel. You’ll find all the service including a great travel desk in hotel itself. They’ll help you with anything you want.

Rooms and infrastructure are really well maintained and clean. Had an amazing experience.

Had an amazing staying experience. The staff was really good and polite. The services were amazing. The ambiance of the resort was very neat and clean. Amazing view and location.

Really, nice stay and very good service. Really helpful staff and rooms were clean and spacious and very close to old manali and hadimba temple, just at walkable distance.
Breakfast has some scope of improvement.

The location is great and at walking distance from old Manali. Food quality was amazing however service need to be improved little bit.

The resort was absolutely great especially when someone stands in the balcony and can view the mountains just infront of their eyes and even sometimes the far mountains with snow. The rooms has a lot of space and if there are 4-5 persons in a family etc. There consists a sofa cum bed too. That's what a resort is called! The balcony is great too with a lot of space. The bathroom is also luxurious even the room is not so luxurious but it has been much comfortable to stay and much stay the room is decent and elegant. It doesn't Matter with the fact that the room has to be huge but what that makes you comfortable and likable to stay there . Also to view the scenic beauty.
I would like to thank *THE ORCHARD GREEN RESORTS & SPA* to allow me to stay there comfortably without any problems.

We were stuck in this hotel during the recent floods, I have to tell you the hospitality of the hotel is next level. They were very considerate people. We didn't have cash, they didn't demand. They have arranged a tempo and asked to give the driver the amount after we reach Chandigarh. They didn't have power also but still whenever we went and asked to on the generator for few minutes they did and helped us with everything. Even after we reached home, they called and verified if we reached safely. It's not a 5star hotel, but then the warmth of these people is something that i would never forget. They didn't behave a bit commercial during such difficult times.

We visited this property in the month of February.
Location wise : it is in log huts area a perfect mid point between old Manali and Mall Road but without the hustle bustle to disturb your stay.
Be ready for a really serene and tranquil retreat.
Coming to the services, don’t expect an early check in since they are mostly booked but they upgraded our room which was an added benefit and heeded to our request for a late check out. View from the room was spectacular
The breakfast buffet was delectable and the menu varied the next day but the Hakka noodles we ordered in room for lunch were pathetic.
The only glitch faced was in the housekeeping as even though we had switched on the make up my room sign, the house keeping was not done till 2 pm. Otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.

Orchard Green is one of the best resorts in Manali.
Service is fabulous. FOOD IS tasty. The staff is friendly. There are 2 property Hotel Green Orchard and other is Orchard Green resorts and spa. I will suggest to stay in resort because it is a new property and the view from the balcony smooths your eyes. I had booked a room with a balcony which was the best decision.

Excellent hotel to stay in Manali

They have given a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room with beautiful views.

The highlight of my stay, however, was the buffet breakfast and dinner.The selection of food was extensive and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The service was also top-notch, with staff constantly refilling plates and checking in to ensure that everything was to my liking.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food. The complimentary upgrade and the beautiful views from the room was really an added advantage to my stay.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in Mar 2023. The hotel's basement (where we have to enter from) was under construction. Hence for elders they have to climb a steep slope after getting down from the car to reach the lift.
Rooms were too good & spacious. Felt luxury. Beds were too soft gave back aches every single mrng. But can be ignored. Bathroom is a bit small, but the shower area needs to be closed by a door, as the water from the shower spills out & make the whole bathroom wet.
We were given a tower heater while our stay, but given the temperature of 5 degrees during the daytime it wasn't the most convenient option. We were told that they were getting centrally heating thing installed.
Staff here is very very sweet, kind, helpful, considerate.They are very soft spoken, greets with a smile. They would make sure your stay would be comfortable & memorable. Would give almost everything u would ask for (except outside food - its not allowed)
Food tastes good, Breakfast buffet option is also large... Too much to choose from. Options for non-vegetarians were a bit less..
It isn't walkable from the mall road, Cabs take Rs. 200 from mall Road to the hotel, & Auto takes Rs. 150 for the same. But away from the hustle & bustle of the mall road, they stay is very calm, relaxing & serene. The view from the Hotel is very nice & green...
I can consider coming back to this hotel in future.

We stayed in luxury room and it was very nice & so cozy you won’t feel the cold while inside the room.. food buffet is also of wide variety of both veg and non veg.. we just had a little tough time for room service orders but we got it sorted later, otherwise it was a pleasant stay..

It is a good place to stay in Manali. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is good. Good view.
However I would call it a hotel and not resort as there are no resort like amenities even basic kids play area, game room, etc is missing and spa is closed.
Will recommend this resort for a comfortable stay in Manali.

Location is near to mall road, and old manali is just a few steps away. Good services with amazing hospitality.

Awesome and family friendly place. We stayed there for 3 nights and its feel like you’re at home. The view from balcony is mesmerising. Hidimba temple is at 15 mnts walking distance.
However it is in old manali, so reaching there is a pain because of small roads and traffic.
Overall its value for money.
