Mahindra Mega Automobiles - SUV & Commercial Vehicle Showroom

Visited this place on my way back to Mumbai from Statue of Unity.
Had an accident on way back where my car by mistake went up on a divider, luckily there weren’t any physical injuries.

I visited the service centre, where I met Mr. Viral Bhatt outside and he guided with what to follow.
I went in, where another employee just rubbed off the issue saying that this is common in this area and you should simply go to Mumbai and get it checked there. Since it’s nothing major.

While I was coming out, Mr Viral Bhatt asked me if it was resolved. I narrated what happened inside.
He immediately took matter in his hands and went on to inspect the vehicle just to make sure nothing major has happened and that I can carry on with my onwards journey. Sine the car went on the divider, there could have been damage/bending of the silencer pipe, the catalytic converter or any engine part in the belly area.
But he comforted me by showing all images of my car while inspection.

The point is, Customer Satisfaction. He went all the way just to ensure that whatever little doubts I had post the accident were solved and I can go back home without worrying.
