Me being an Architect observed that they provide basic services such as water supply, electric supply and compound wall in their ongoing and upcoming projects which is a very needful and basic thing if you invest such huge and hard earned money.
Do visit their office and ongoing projects in Lanja, Ratnagiri for further investments in your life.

नितिन साहेब, मी जागा घेतेवेळी तुम्ही व तुमच्या सहाय्यकांनी बरीच मदत केलीत. विषेश म्हणजे माझे मेव्हणे श्री. रामचंद्र हाटले जेव्हां जागा बघण्यासाठी आले तेव्हा तुमचे सहाय्यक श्री. आतिश व श्री. रुगवेद या दोघांनी बरेच सहकार्य केले.त्यासाठी आपणा सर्वांचे आभार. आपल्या सर्वांची जे कोणी जागा बघण्यासाठी आले कि, आपण सर्व ज्या आपलेपणाने जागा दाखवता, हे मला जास्त भावले. असेच आपण व आपले सहकारी शहरातल्या चाकरमान्यांना कोकणात आणा .

मी कोकणभूमी डेवलपर्स कड़े जागा घेतली . खुपच छान असा प्रोजेक्ट आहे. सपाट जमीन , निसर्ग सौंदर्य तर खुपच छान. नदी असुन पुराचा धोका नाही हे विशेष, डोगर असुन दरडी कोसळणयाचा धोका नाही. आणि सगळ्या त चांगली गोष्ट म्हणजे या प्रोजेक्ट मधील प्लाॅट अगदी रीजनेबल किमती मधे आहेतच पण यांचा व्यवहार पण विश्वास ठेवण्या सारखा आहे. आणि नंतर सुद्धा ते सहकार्य करतात हे विशेष. अगदी डोळे झाकुन विश्वास ठेवावा. हे माझेच मत आहे असे नाही अनेकांच हे मत आहे. अगदी ' पैसा वसुल ' प्रोजेक्ट आहे.
