Parisons Plantation Experiences by ABAD, Wayanad

A great experience! We had a wonderful two nights at Parisons. The rooms were great, and staff were wonderful. It's location makes it a great spot for a calming getaway. We also got a nice tour into a tea factory.

If you wish to visit plenty of other locations, this might not be the best choice. The location makes Parisons quite far from most tourist attractions. However, if what you hope for is a calm and peaceful weekend to relax, then you should definitely consider Parisons.

I need to mention one more time how much I appreciated the staff during our stay. Thanks for making our vacation so comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at the boutique bunglow. We were just 3 people but got the whole property to ourselves as other rooms were unoccupied. Had a vintage kind of experience with the architecture and the ambience. Rooms were so big and spacious fit for a king. They have maintained the ambience to provide a vintage feel but at the same time renovated with modern facilities. The whole property was clean and well-maintained. Our dinner and breakfast experience also felt royal. They had a separate dining room with a long dining table and a wide spread of dishes just for the 3 of us. Everything was delicious. The hospitality from the staff was also great. The property is surrounded on all sides with tea plantations. A walk through the plantations in the morning should not be missed. Since it is a private property you won't find any other people here. People who love privacy will definitely love this place. Very calm and peaceful, without any disturbance from the public. The property can be enjoyed more if you come as a group with family or friends. I will definitely come back.

One of my most amazing holiday stays with my family. This is a beautiful place. We stayed in the heritage bungalow and it was worth it. They had beautiful views of coffee plantation. We went for evening walks to the plantation. Its such a beautiful place to stay and meditate. Food was really good and loved the ambience of the bungalow. Staff was so welcoming and cordial. Thanks for the great experience. Will visit again some time :)

One of the best holiday experiences ever!! The coziness of living so close to the nature in the midst of the serene tea gardens was awesome . The booking process, food, hospitality was top notch . Thank you for such lovely experience .

Amazing property, scrumptious meals, great location! Had read quite good reviews about this place, not disappointed even one bit, this stay is a must visit for anyone traveling to Wayanad.

We stayed at Parisons Plantation Bungalow managed by Abad group in Wayanad for 2 nights last week. It is an old heritage bunglow from the Britishers era which has 6 bedrooms. It is located inside the tea plantation and surrounded by mesmerizing lush green views of the tea plantations. They also have a club house, tea factory and one more 4 bedroom heritage bunglow in their premises. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention about Ms Zubie and Mr. Binoy. We really had a great time. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

The entry to this area is prohibited... People with permission from the officers can enter nd enjoy the whole property nd a chill day by booking. You can stay there as their guest. 🥰👍

Superb property, old english style bungalow maintained impeccably well. Big rooms, really clean, great views everywhere. We went in a big group, the staff served us so well, food was homely and delightfully yummy. We had such a gala time that we made a promise to be back here. This property is a hidden gem! The rooms are excellant. The service is also great. The chef and his team are fantastic. They made sure the likes of the guests were taken into considerations. They happily prepared less spicy for my 2yo kid. The place is serene and is best to unwind with your family. we visited in march and had an awesome time. Fresh air, scenic views, delicious food, what else would one ask for in an holiday !

What a place, what a peppery and what a hospitality, top notch.
Arrival and checking process was smooth and quick. Thanks to Binoy and his team to arrange the room the way we wanted it to be. The British era feel, the unique wood furniture, high roofs and low hanging lights make the ambiance awesome and relaxing.
The estate is maintained, the lawn are well manicured and the flowers pots were blushing with the flowers.
The food was delicious, every meal we had at the hotel was simple and flavoursome. Thanks chef Subash and his wonderful team for looking after us.
Overall, very relaxing atmosphere - a must place to stay when in the area.

Wonderful stay, wonderful staff, and wonderful views all around the property. Some niggles here and there with the room and amenities but those can be ignored given the overall experience is excellent. Staff is very prompt and kind.
Pricing is steep - considering a full board would be better for the guests!

Amazing location of the plantation house, surrounded by tea plantations.
Food was excellent, staff were very kind and friendly, place was well maintained and clean and all services provided at the stay were great. Recommend a visit to the club house and the tea factory to get a historical insight of the estate.

Great stay and good times at Parisons.

The place is located inside and surrounded by a rolling British-era tea plantation (more than 3000 acres). Wherever you look and walk, the views are amazing and it feels as if the hotel building is floating on top of the smoothly pruned tea plantation.

The main building is a British era bungalow with only 5-6 rooms. There are all the modern amenities like a gym and a swimming pool.

Our rooms were huge with tall ceilings and old style furniture. Everything was clean and maintained beautifully. The bathroom was big with a big tub and a large shower area. Our beds were comfy and we all had very good sleep. The views from the rooms were also beautiful.

The service was top notch, right from the booking to check in to the restaurant and finally the check out. Many of the staff members were shy but helpful and always smiling.

The food was consistently good across all the meals. It's served as a buffet, with a few dishes on the table. First day, we were a little disappointed because they had mostly typical North Indian food on the menu but the rest of the meals were amazing with many local food items like iddiappam, puttu, prawns fry, Kerala Biryani, Kerala curries and all.

Had one of the best stay experiences in Kerala at Parisons heritage, the 100 yr old english bungalow in middle of the tea plantations. Our visit was in the peak of monsoons and this made it even more wonderful with misty fresh air and a wonderful view in every direction. The staff and service were excellent. Kudos to them for maintaining it so wonderfully. The food was delicious with a real homemade taste for the Kerala dishes. The rooms were really amazing with the heritage value still maintained so well. They also have a tea factory near the place open for a visit.

Beautifully nestled inside a tea estate. Well maintained heritage property suitable for a family stay away from the daily chaotic life. Courteous staff, Good food , Big rooms beautifully furnished and clean washrooms with bathtub. Open dining area overlooking the tea estate and the view of fish pool is breath taking. Must visit during mild rains bringing out the beauty of nature and the silence.

It was a wonderful experience and a very comfortable stay at the Cherakara boutique bungalow. The highlight of the stay was indeed the hospitality of the staff and the awesome food served. The visit to tea factory and the walk around the plantation was indeed a good experience. Perfect place to unwind ❤. Thanks to the entire team 🙂

One of the best places I have visited and stayed in. Its a 120 years plus old property but still intact and the staff are si helpful and hospitable which will make you fall in love with the place
