Nice place to visit with family recommend time is around 6am near the entrance of the gate if you are into motorcycles highly recommend the roads are good has a lot of twist and turns keep an checking for elephants near the road if ur lucky u can see them crossing the road morning at 6 am the entrance gate opens and it closes at 6pm no stops points in between the jungle area speed limit is around 30-50kmph no entry fee till the top action cam and DSLR is must other wise you will msis a lot of beautiful moments from Bangalore it's around 160kms approx on the top of the hill there is a hotel where you can have breakfast and lunch breakfast gets over by 8am to visit the temple you have to pay the parking charges so carry some change with you and it's difficult to get signal in some of the areas

The journey from the starting point and the entering the forest is amazing. It has great view of greenery and hills. If you're lucky then you may have sightings of wild animals too. Must place to visit when you come to Chamarajanagara or even when you near Mysore.

One of the best place arround bangalore. Reach early morning, have soom time arround greenery and you can visit the temple situated at the top of the hills.
You can see varieties of animals here. Doesn't have good restaurants nearby better to carry your own foods.

Great place for an weekend rides on ur vehicles. After you enter this place the roads are narrow but when riding on those roads it gives you feels. If you are lucky you can also spot deers bisons and in safari elephants and other animal. Night stay will be very pleasant .
