The place is hygienic and clean and is a good place to have some authentic Kerala cuisine on your way from Mysore to Virajpet, my suggestions as follow,

1. Pathal
2. Fish curry of your choice
3. Lime tea

I would definitely recommend this place for an authentic South Kerala cuisine.

Must try - Pathal - Fish Curry(Or Egg Curry/Kadle Curry for Vegetarias), Chicken Biriyani, Chilli Chicken and Chicken Kabab.

The distinct quality of Pathal offered here surpasses that found in most establishments in Karnataka.
Notably, the Chilli Chicken is prepared in a manner distinct from the commonly found Chinese-inspired variations, providing a unique and flavorful taste that must be experienced firsthand.

Located on Gonikoppa main road, this semi Kerala-style restaurant offers impressive dishes such as pathal, ghee rice, kababs, and fish curry. Despite its modest size, the restaurant ensures prompt service, providing a delightful experience for those who appreciate good food.

Lovely food especially the Chicken masala. Nice ambience. Very small outlet but the food and ambience make that lack seem like nothing 😅

Good atmosphere. Yammy foods. Value for money. Good housekeeping. Well behaved staff's.

Dropped by on our way to Irpu falls from Madikeri. We were expecting a regular breakfast of idli dosae, but to our surprise the place specialised only in Keralite cuisine. We were so excited knowing this.
Ordered Puttu and Kadala curry first. And we were blown away by the simplicity of the dish. Heartily recommend it!!
Next we ordered appam and kadala curry. The appam were next level in taste. Soft and smelled like freshly baked goodness.
Both the dishes are highly recommended.
The joint is small and unprecentious, but fantastic when it comes to food. They serve hot water for drinking.
Washrooms were so clean and well maintained. Definitely worth visiting.
This place met my expectations greatly.
