Lumbini Hyundai

When ever servicing is required for my vehicle Lumbini Hyundai has provided free Pickup & Drop facility to me . I visited to service centre on 1st of my car servicing and recently to just complete insurance claim formality. I just used to inform running repair telephonically to assigned service advisor . Service advisor creates WhatsApp group in which they keep posting day to day activity carried on in vehicle . If any parts requires to get changed , they just communicate to us and post my approval they change the part if required . Post completion of work they provide us Lumbini Hyundai bank account details where I used to electronically transfer the amount against which they provide us payment receipt soft copy and hard copy is delivered when vehicle is dropped in my office .

It was good experience and intercation was good and delivered as per their commitment, and it was smooth. I have not gone for the service till now will put our experience after first service.

Excellent service. At developed problem while travelling from Bodhgaya to Gaya. Parents had appointment with pandit in Gaya and were in car with me. Called Lumbini Hyundai and they took my car in. I told them about my situation, and requested them to fix it as soon as possible. Rabi Kandu (hope I got his name right) and mechanic Irshad worked even during their lunch and got it fixed in time for my appointment. After completing my appointment, I went back to them the next day as I was travelling to Patna. They checked my car again to make sure that problem had not come up again. Will highly recommend this service station to everyone who needs a Hyundai service station.
