But people need to be mindful of throwing thrash anywhere other than the thrash bins. And the authority needs to take care of the cleanliness.

It is located in rajgir which is about 80 Km from Patna railway station. The best way to reach Rajgir is by bus. Horse cart services are also available there. Shanti Stupa is located at heights so can be reached by rope way or by walk. Also palanquin.Coming to the rope way, the charges are Rs-120 both ways. The temple belongs to the Buddhism community and is so relaxing. The scenery is eye captivating. Well maintained by Bihar tourism.

It is a mind touching place to visit. One can reach there by cable car or stairs. There are two types of cable cars, single chair and 6 seated box cabins.

Beautiful place with lots of Langurs. Very Calm and relaxing place. We took Closed Cable Car to reach there. You can try open single Cable car if you are going with friends or solo.

The Vishwa Shanti Stupa is located on the highest point of the Ratnagiri Hills at an altitude of 400 meters in Rajgir in Nalanda district of Bihar. The stupa is built entirely of white marble. The white stupa is 120 feet tall with a total diameter of 103 feet. The stupa contains four golden statues of Lord Buddha, each representing the period of his birth, enlightenment, preaching and death. There is also a small Japanese Buddhist temple with a park. There is a ropeway that helps tourists reach the Vishwa Shanti Stupa. Two ropeway options are available -one is single seater and second is cabin ropeway. Ticket price is 120/- for cabin ropeway and 110/- for single seater for both sides. Make sure the ropeway is closed between 12 and 2 pm for lunch break. Otherwise you can trek to reach that pile.

Very nice place. The environment is so pleasant and peaceful. There are two ways to reach the stupa. One can walk through the stairs path or one can take a ropeway.

Viswa shanti stupa at Rajgir is located at top of the mountain where you can reach by single sitting ropeway as well as cabin ropeway .
You will come to know about Budha and his basic principles.
The spot is very good for the tour purpose.

Japanese Buddhist Temple. The place is clean and crowded and so many Monkey. Not have Lion or Tiger. But have Lion Statue. Go upstairs using Cable Car

A really peaceful place in Rajgir . There are two different ways to reach this vishwa shati stupa.
1. By ropeway ...two ropeway options available one old one and second new one ( cabin ropeway) . The ticket cost of the new one is 120/- old is 110/- for both side .
2. You can trek to reach that stupa...if you are not a trek lover then it will take 90-120 min.otherwise one hour is sufficient.

Visit this place at least once

This is a must visit place in Bihar. I had spent an amazing time there with my friends. People from all over Bihar and nearby states as well as outside the country comes here with their loved ones to enjoy the vacation. You can find plenty of photographers here who will click your picture at INR 100 for one picture. There's a ropeway which takes you up to the mountains while reaching this place.

The Viswa Shanti Stupa Rajgir first of all, I explain the place. The Vishwa Shanti Stupa is a Tibetan Budha temple. the place is one of the best places in Rajgir. There is a silent 🔕 environment and a very lovely place. There are two ways to reach the temple because the temple is situated approx 400m high altitude on the Ratna Giri mountain Rajgir. the stupa stands approx 120ft, and its diameter is 100m approx. 🛕 1st way is the ropeway(cabin), and the 2nd way is the footway. I enjoyed😉 the cabin ropeway. When I reached the temple. I saw many monkeys and lovely scenery from the altitude of the mountain, and this is my lovely experience with the world silence pagoda. We used a ropeway to reach the peak. Ropeway is awesome, it took me to the top of the mountain in a few minutes.
Shanti stupa is beautiful, there is a temple where you can sit and it's really peaceful place with the slow drum beats in regular frequency.
