I had an unforgettable experience going river rafting at Dubare. My friends and I had a blast day!!!The whole river rafting experience was incredibly thrilling and enjoyable After covering one and a half kilometers, we were able to jump and got to swim, which added to the excitement. – we had a great time!!!
The entry fee was 800, and we even rented a GoPro camera for 1200, which made the adventure amazing Memories.

It was one of the best experience and best time. I enjoyed it Coorg but it depends during which season you are travelling as the water level increases and decreases according to the season in Kaveri River. You can do boating and river rafting both and there is an elephant bathing point where you can go and enjoy as well.

For rafting they took 800 per person and if you were in group, they will provide you one boat and a guide. You will not be allowed to take any of the electronic electronic item with you. The guide explains everything and you will have one life jacket and a helmet.

We had a rafting of 7 km, which include four 4 rapid flows. Also you will have one swimming point where you can swim as well and it was the best thing about the rafting.

Awesome place for river rafting. U will surely enjoy it. We went for rafting for about 7 kms and they also left us for swimming at some place in kaveri River. If u want any photos or videos to be taken it might cost around 1200rs but u will surely enjoy 😉 ☺

We visited this place during weekdays around noon. The place was empty and not over touristy.

We enjoyed horse riding and boating.

Hii, Almost I almost travel the places which are near Mysore and can be covered in one day. This is one of the destination from Mysore for one day trip. We went in April month so there was no rafting and all. We can easily reach elephant camp by crossing river by walk only. So to enjoy rafting you should visit in rainy season and just after rainy season.

Nice and fantastic natural place for family and friends trips. But be careful when entering the water.

This place is must visit place, and show piece how to develop a place to top attraction. They have made use of the nature without much damage to it. With addition of boating and rafting it is one of the best experiences a tourist can get.

The best time to visit Dubare Elephant Camp is between the months of October and March. During heavy rains, the island may not be accessible and activities would be cancelled.

Woowww..
What a wonderful experience. Rafting in fast flowing water. I visited last saturday and lokks like river is flooded and we all disappointed.

After enquiring, we came to know rafting is allowed and kids of age 10+ is allwoed. They got declarations from us which is scary.

We bought tickets of each rs 600.

You know this is lifetime experience and worth spending. Person who took us was fantastic and very friendly and motivating us to drive fast and enjoy.

This cant be explained in words. We should experience it.

It is 100% safe and no need to get panic at any point of time.

So.. dont ever miss this activity after u reach here. Just jump

It is a must place to explore if you're planning to visit Coorg. The water is not clear but don't judge a book by its cover. They are flowing with little mud but aren't harmful. The price is 300/- per person for 1 hour and I think that will be enough.

Crazy flow of water and thrilling experience. When we came here Kaveri was in full flow. There was a big wait in line but it was worth the wait. Dharma and Yogi were our guides in our rafting adventure. They made pranks and made our journey so memorable. They will give us a lesson about the rafting boat and how to paddle along with providing a safety jacket and helmet. They take good care of us while rowing and they film us with GoPro (extra 1200 is charged per team). There is a swimming spot when the water is not turbulent here we can drop in water and enjoy in there and swim for sometime.

Elephant sanctuary don’t have ferry these days. You have to cross the river which isn’t so easy. We took rafting to see elephant bathing. Then 10 min down/up stream; total about 40 min of great fun. They take you to scenic views for some incredible photos.

The white water rafting is available when water flow is high.
During other seasons, only still water rafting is available.

Had an amazing experience with white water rafting, total time of 1.5 hours went quite memorable

The end point is 7km downstream of starting point, we need to plan our travel accordingly.

Truly good experience for absolute beginners. 7kms as promised. Takes around 1.5-2 hours. You get to jump into the water around relatively safer places. Mild flow with occasional rapid feel, which is fun enough. Inactive during dry season and also if it’s too much rain.
Came on July 18th 2021, which was just 3 days after it started again. A lot more fun to visit after it rains a little more so that the guides are confident enough to guide the rafts through otherwise rock-laden stretches. Very friendly guides too. Fixed price of Rs 600 per head now. Needs a minimum of 5 people or so.
I heard that this is the centralised service from this point now and private players aren’t so active anymore (there could be costly luxury experiences through private resorts of course).
