Been here for the first service of my vehicle.
I was promptly attended by Mr. Kiran M. He was knowledgeable about the works to be done and answers all my queries. Service staff did an excellent job in carrying out the general maintenance and returned the car well within the said time.

I was travelling from Bangalore to Ooty and some breakdown happened in my car in Mysore.
Immediately went to the Skoda service centre. What an amazing person Mr.Suresh is. I explained him everything and took care of the issue and got the issues fixed in few hours. Plus the hospitality they give to their customers is also amazing. Great work done

Recently had an issue with the coolant leakage, excellent Service Advisors in the station. Keep up the good work. On time service delivery, no delays.

Vinod has Excellent communication skills and also has proper knowledge about the Car, was deeply worried about the warranty for the issue, Vinod helped understand the issue and my car is fully functional now.

Adarsh KN helped in taking Car issue analyzing the issue and delivery issue free Car.

All in all, not only the Car is Elegant but the team as well.

I’ve been to this service centre in Mysore. I went with a repair issue which consumes whole day. As I’m from another state Telangana, they have considered my car’s clutch replacement with utmost priority and delivered by end of the day. Special thanks to the team. Appreciate the way the issue is solved.

I had gotten my annual service at Raja Skoda Blore but they didn't fix couple of minor issues.

I had to go for an urgent engine oil and coolant top up before embarking on a long journey. I reached this service centre just after they closed for the day.

The informed me that they have closed and I should come back next day. But after I explained my urgency, they agreed to do the necessary top up. They were very professional in their approach and listened to me. I would recommend this place if anyone wants to service their Skoda.
