Gurdwara Sri Adisar Sahib, Dhaula

I have visited this place for the first time. I am returned with lot of good memories

GURUDWARA SHRI ARISAR SAHIB is situated at outer of Village Dhaula Distt Barnala. SHRI GURU TEGBAHADUR SAHIB JI came here from GURUDWARA SHRI KACHA GURUSAR SAHIB. GURU SAHIB's horse stopped here and didn't went ahead. When Sangat asked GURU SAHIB about this. GURU SAHIB told people that ahead of this was Tambacoo fields belonging to a Muslim farmers. GURU SAHIB told sangat that time would come when this region will be full with GURSIKHS. GURU SAHIB also blessed this place that peoples wishes will be fulfilled here. From here GURU SAHIB left for further place now known as GURUDWARA SHRI SOHIANA SAHIB.

It was a sacred place of sikhs, and a important thing about this is that if you wish anything from your heart is always fulfilled by god( and I personally feel this and also recommend to visit this place) when I was firstly visit this place it feels very nice and peacefull ( although, it was a bit crowded place) but I recommend this to all please visit this place for once.

A very busy gurudwara, people visit from far and wide to pray. There are ample free car parking spaces. Some parts of the gurudwara were being further developed.

A religious place of 9th Sikh Guru Shri Teg Bahadur Sahib known for fulfilment of pending wish.
Kar Sewa is also going on (June 24).
Situated on NH7, 2.5 KM from Handiyaya.

Very peace and calm place, lot of sadh sangat visit the gurdwara sahib after completion of their wishes to thanks the Guru Nanak Dev ji

This place is peace and also it is very busy on weekend's as per history guru sahib guru tegh bahadur ji visited this place and guru sahib was leaving they were sitting on horse but in front of their path there was fields of tobacco just like other crops and suddenly horse stops to move forward and guru sahib was wondering that what happend why is horse not moving forward and then they see the tobacco fields so they loose the rope of horse and then horse immediately made turn byself and then guru sahib said that whoever there wish something to wishes of them all we fulfilled and the conclusion of the story is even the horse of guru sahib does not walk on tobacco because in sikhism tobacco is prohibited strictly it is know as a ( jagatjhooth ) cheap in sikh culture so we will also not to take tobacco

After Sri Hari mandir sahib this is the second highest visiting place On Sunday average 1 lac people came to Darshan Good historical place.

Every Sunday at Gurdwara Adisar Sahib, a full congregation comes and offers their prayers because the ninth Guru of the Sikh community, Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, made a shoe for his horse. After which the name of this place is Adrisar sahib.
