A stunning foggy place with a waterfall splashing water right on your face. Easy to come to this fall but it takes all your physical strength to climb back to the entry gate. You could literally hear your heart pounding. But what's adventure without a little bit of physical work? Perfect to trip with your friends.

The place is just mesmerizing. View is great.
You can spot the rainbow in waterfalls if you see clearly. The moment was just perfect.
The journey and the moments here are remembered and will be cherished forever.

The parking lot for this waterfall is at a mountain top. Any mountain top in Meghalaya means you are literally inside the clouds. You have to go down 200 steps approximately. Tou will reach a small falls then further down the Wahkaba falls. It is a sight to see. Mountains as as far as you can see and rivers between the valleys. The falls beside you and clouds everywhere. Must go !

One of the best water falls in Meghalaya, beside a deep valley. One can reach the top of the water falls. The view is nice. But not recommended for elder persone.

After the valley view point, this falls entry gate comes on the way to Cherapunjee. There is ample parking place available there, Small shops are there for snacks and drinks. There are around 20 to 30 mint trekking to go down to the falls. There is another view just few metres below for which you have to go back and come down. This point of view is better for the entire view of the falls. There is also provision to have photos with local Khasi tribe outfit at the entrance. Stop step in and enjoy the view.

Lovely place to explore raw nature and ever changing atmosphere of Sohra/Cherrapunjee. There are multiple view points in this place with each view giving a different perspective of this fabulous location. Water levels were not that much. So we were even able to reach the mouth of the waterfall and chill out there.

It is one of the good water falls on the way to cherrapunji. It was good even in the off season that's in October. Hoping to come in July august to see it's full size.

Gate is nothing special, an old structure. Fees ₹10 per person. Falls view is mesmerized by any body. Not suitable for senior citizens with knee problem. Once you reach there, you can't wish to return by it's beauty. Please do visit.

Truly a great and beautiful place. It is very scenic and very pretty. If you're living in Shillong take a day out just to go here. It's on the way to Cherapunjee and the drive is also very smooth without any potholes and everybody follows the traffic rules also take extra clothing or warm clothes as on the way it gets very cold and also Cherapunjee is second wettest place in the world so there are chances of heavy rain. Overall a good place and I hope that you enjoy with your family to this beautiful place.

You need to descend a lot to have a mesmerising look of the Wah Kaba Falls. There's mostly cloud cover here...so the fall is rarely visible from the main road. There's a minimal 20 per person fees...but don't go for the money. This view is really gonna make your day.
The pic here is taken from the main road

Aah the water and breeze at the falls was something I never saw anywhere. My partner has more images to that. We literally got spray bath there and the cleanliness is something commendable, just wow experience I would say. Must visit site.

Beautiful place. You have to walk down in order to reach the main waterfall. The veiw is spectacular once you reach the spot. Generally the area remain cloudy but one need to wait to see the amazing beauty of the place. Adequate paid parking is available. You need to pay for entry tickets which costs Rs 10 per person. There are two restaurants which serve you tea coffee and other snacks. Pls carry umbrella if you are visiting between June to September.
