This is our LIC circle office DO2. Good people cooperative and attended my clients case with utmost care and prompt solutions. Good work.

Visited the office for document submission.

The building is fairly old however well maintained. The staff were good and friendly. The response was quick. The explanation given regarding the process and documentation was very good.

Excellent customer experience. Visited branch for renewal of the policy and I was mesmerised by the support from the LIC staff (Mahalakshmi Ji). Employee like Mahalakshmi Ji raising the customer experience bar. I highly recommend LIC and this branch.

Govt offices and employees had created a picture of attitude and in-competency always. But staff in LIC indranagar branch had turned my experience to amazing. They are polite and helpful, awesome 👍 👍 Thank you so very much.

Awesome experience very much appreciate the staff Madam Kavita at the Reception was very helpful and did all the needful itbjust took less than 15 minutes for the claims to be settled, don't remember the other lady on the 3rd Floor who too was very helpful in checking all the documents and giving an acknowledgement. I went with a negative mind thinking it's going to take hours and run from one counter to another. But never experienced such a wonderful service. Keep up the good work!!

Looks like any other government office. But we'll organized. Go with the required documents and your work with them will be done in minutes. Friendly, dedicated staff. Was clean and quiet for a place with relatively high number for visitors. It is my second visit there and each time my experience was very good. I have visited their Koramangala office also. Again, everything mentioned above applies.

Its a neat and clean premises. The staff are very nice, warm and helping. I would like to thank Mr Venkata Rao AO for helping and also offering vital information regarding my query.

Very helpful. Sheena madam of claims dept guided me with all the required information. She also suggested me to send docs through post instead of having to visit again. Amazing to see such helpful govt employees.

Super fast service and very helpful staff. This was my third visit. Lic maturity claim department is on 3rd floor. Premium etc can be paid on the ground floor. ATM is available in the building. Overall a nice experience as a hatrick. Cheers to the officers and staff. Parking is available only outside for visitors.

Very friendly experience. Totally different from other government offices. Staff is responsive and cordial. They listen to your requirements and ask for necessary documents and formalities. If you have any doubts they will assist you.
With proper documentation, the work is completed within stipulated time. There's no unnecessary time waste.
Plenty of seating space for the customers. The campus is maintained with good hard work.
Location is next to Indira nagar BDA complex. Sometimes parking may be an issue. So you might have to park the vehicle in BDA complex.

Pretty straightforward. Enquired at the first counter and we were directed to the relevant counter. The documentation took hardly 5 minutes. Staff were polite too

Excellent Service. I reached office around 5:15 p.m. Surrender of policy with other documentation completed within 10 minutes. Maturity benefit got credited to my account on next day. Well done Team !

In this digital age i hardly ever visit physical offices for anything. My experience here is pleasent. All my questions and doubts are promptly answered. The whole process went really smooth..
