I had a urgent requirement of funds from my policy but actually it was not matured yet , and we had 4 years left to take out any money and partial withdrawal also was not there , so the only option was to surrender but Sandesh specifically suggested we take a loan instead of surrendering it , and the loan process was very easy and there was a name change involved also , but everything was taken care , and it was processed within a few days , Thanks to Sandesh and the team there , though this office is a small , but the people there are efficient .

Friendly staff, angry customer. Well maintained but very small office. Only two customers or in some cases 3 customers can be addressed at a time. The staffs are helpful and supportive.

Sunaina - from their Claims division in Mumbai - went above and beyond what is professional these days to help out because I was traveling. True to her word, the claim amount was transferred even before I could return to Bangalore
