dedication day
is on Utram day of Meena month. It is believed that if one takes refuge in this goddess for good delivery , salsantanalabdhi and pregnancy, the results are guaranteed .

I live here since my birth and all I could say about my place is that its the most peaceful and lively place to live, especially, in a long term. We have a very good atmosphere and a very nature friendly environment which gift us a fresh and happy feeling all along. You could never feel bad here with all the loving and simple people who love nature and protect it at all cost. The Chandanakkavu temple is the famous landmark of the area, which not only serves as the religious place, but also a place which unites all people around the village, irrespective of religion, caste, or gender. I could say that I am a PROUD NATIVE OF CHANDANAKKAVU.

Good experiance. The prayer for my daughter to concieve was fulfilled after first pooja itself among 3 poojas. We compleated rest of poojas in next two months. Now she is a mother of twin boys. Thank God. On my advice another family too got the same experiance.

An ancient temple situated in a village in Malappuram near to Thirunavaya. Calm and cool place. It is a complex of temples. When we enter to the premises firstly we reach in a Durga Devi temple, second Ayyappa temple,Third Siva temple and fourth Vishnu temple. We feel we had entered in a forest. That much trees and plants found in snake worshipping areas are still preserved there. You must visit the temple because it is not customerised yet

Beautiful temple and as the name depicts, it is inside a "kaavu". You can experience the nature and the divine atmosphere it brings to you. There are around 4 temples with a sanctum sanctorum and 2 open temples. Where nature is worshipped. There is also a prathishta called eettillath bhagavathi, considered to be powerful and all pregnant ladies pray there for their "smooth" labour. They usually visit the temple during the 7 month of their pregnancy.
One should visit this beautiful temple for sure .

Nice place for worship, here the place is a Kavu which is sacred place to worship through the woods, in the temple many trees and plants are protected ,there are many living animals,birds etc who depend on the Kavu , In the morning time if we used to visit there we will be able to hear the chirpping of birds , chandanakavu the temple rituals are quite mentionable , There are baghavathi temple along with Vishnu,Ayyappa,subrahmanya,brahmav,Ganapathi,garuda,etc ..

An Old Temple, Placed around a tiny still dense 'forest'. You'll surely get some fresh, unpolluted air for sure. A great feel Indeed.!
