HOTEL VIJAY (VIJAY NIKETAN), Rajgir

Hotel staff behavior was good but hotel was not that much clean. There was drinking water problem.

Overall ok... behaviour was very good...tried their best for accommodation... very helpfull nature management... reasonable rate...

We are from Ranchi. We were here on 26th of August 2021. You were checked to this hotel around 7 am morning. Hotel owner was very polite and pleasant personality. We have occupied room easily and after 2 hours we had to go Bihar Police Academy. We had very busy schedule whole day. In evening we have checked out. Again we are planning to go Rajgir and will stay in this hotel due to good price deals and nice hospitality. Hotel owner, his son and all staffs were very good communicator in a friendly way. I like their smile and made promised that we will visit Rajgir again and will stay in their hotel. Many thanks for warm gesture! 🙏

Perfect place in Rajgir for foreigners. I stayed two nights. The Hotel is 3 years old. Rooms are clean, even a Flat Screen TV. The Hotel is a family business, the son is the manager and speaks perfect English. The Son of the Manager gave me a perfect description how to best visit all the sites and how much I should pay for the Horse rides. A very important info, because you have to negotiate hard (4 times the price) with the horse riders and in the end I was always very close to the numbers I got in the hotel.
The location of the hotel is also perfect for eating on the bazar ( you can watch them how they prepare everything gresh from scratch) and don't forget to have a tea, 50 meters from the hotel away.
The do not have breakfast, i just went to the hotel on the other side of the street and got a good breakfast (Omelet, 4 Toast with Butter and coffee) for 1,20 Euro
The train station is 10 minutes walking away, I even walked to the Hot Water springs, takes a 20 minutes.
I felt very welcome and had a good time in Rajgir.

Believe everything you read about this charming Hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return. The location is perfect, our room was lovely and we had a terrace! WOW. The staff is wonderfully patient and helpful (don't think any of them ever sleep). Wish I could of stayed longer - next time............

Very good service. Behaviour of mr. Vijay is very much appreciated.he is a very helpful person & it's feel me like i am in my home. Rooms are normal in quality and size but people like me those who want normal place to stay in very nominal price then this place is very good for them

Rooms are very clean and well furnished and environment friendly too. The peoples are friendly and always ready to help. which make me more comfortable and feels like home.
