This place is a great place for the ones interested, knowing the history of the war that the 10th guru of Sikhism fought, Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji.
It is about the war in detail and how the things turned up . it is also about the sacrifice of Guruji, his 4 Sahibzade and his disciples.
Apart from the history that is shown , there are only 2-3 places for the photographs. There is also an amphitheatre, where some special shows are done on special occasions.
The timings are 10 AM to 4 PM. it is open from Tuesday to Sunday. It is closed on Monday.
There is no ticket to enter . But you need to show your Aadhaar card for the entry.
The show is of 2.5 hours . They have 5 to 6 different screens. It is good to reach before 12 PM.
There is a small cafeteria with basic snacks , like chips, burger, sandwich, tea and coffee.
No food is allowed inside the halls .
The halls are air-conditioned .
It is recommended to wear traditional clothes , or at least appropriate clothes. Do not wear shorts, or dresses.
There is ample parking .
There are also historical Gurdwaras right behind this area, in a small village. Make sure you visit these gurudwaras also.

I went this place by chance. Actually I was going to visit Gurudwara Chamkur Sahib along with my wife via Ropar and just before turning towards Gurudwara sahib ,Dastaan - e - Shahadat park is situated on the bank of canal. Beautiful place and nice architecture. Entry is free but I think if there is 10 to 20 rupees entry fee imposed it will be value worth for the maintenance. I recommend schools and colleges to arrange students tours at this place so that they may come to know more about our religion, history and sacrifices.Must visit place.

ELEVEN EXQUISITE galleries spread across 14 acres, each displaying a glorious chapter of Sikh history with carefully drafted script and lyrics dedicated to Sikh gurus. The ‘Daastan-e-Shahaadat’ (a saga of sacrifices) — a theme park, museum and heritage street dedicated to martyrs of ‘Saka Chamkaur Sahib’ (the Battle of Chamkaur Sahib, fought with the Mughals in 1704) in which two elder saahibzaade (sons) of Guru Gobind Singh alongwith 40 other Sikhs had died

Great experience to know about our rich heritage in the way it shows here. Both kids and adults will have a great time. Try to book your slots online on Saturday or Sunday due to the heavy crowd.

Dastaan-e- Shahadat was an experience beyond words. Although we have visited Anandpur Sahib, parivar vichora, Sirhind and Chamkaur Sahib numerous times we have heard the history from dhadies and pracharaks but it never gave the impact we got from this multimedia gallery. I saw so many people simply crying as they got so touched by the history. Entry is free. Only your id proof is required. Car parking available for payment of ₹40/-
I recommend this visit for every family at least once.
