I am happy to share my experience with WVS. The clinic itself is clean, well-equipped, and organized, which reflects their commitment to providing top-notch care. They're also great at communication, explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions patiently. Appreciation to the all the staffs at WVS! By god's grace and wonderful doctor's care our pet got the surgery. They truly deserve the appreciation.

Our Bella received wonderful care and treatment. Dr. Ajay Verma was so kind and caring. Bella’s problem has been resolved thanks to Dr. Ajay and his team.
Kudos to the entire WVS team for dealing with so many furry patients so patiently.
We only wish there was a waiting area with a “token number” system.

I had a wonderful experience with very dedicated staff while I was there with my dog which was suffering from weakness of limbs. The care and dedication from the lady doctor (sorry didn't know her name) was simply the best, also have not forgotten to thank other male Vet who was equally helpful in carrying the dog to the car which shows their dedication to the profession which is rarely seen elsewhere. I would strongly recommend this place.

One of the best hands on surgery training at WVS ITC. Thanks to all volunteer who taught us with full dedication.I highly recommend for vets working anywhere,any stage.

The people at WVS are doing an incredible job. I came across some very dedicated and motivated people there, who treated by pet with lot of care. Kudos to them!

How to get to WVS ITC Ooty
Depending on the direction you are coming from, you should arrive to Coimbatore or to Bangalore first.
• From Bangalore, take an overnight bus to Ooty (8 hours) and from Ooty bus station, take a local bus to Coonoor and ask the driver to stop at Kanigarajnagar - village bus stop. ITC is 50meters ahead, on the right side of the road.
• From Coimbatore, take a bus to Ooty and get off about 20 min before Ooty (2km after Aruvankadu Cordite factory) in the same Kanigarajnagar - village.

I have been here twice on opd basis once with my dog and once with my kittens. They check the pets well and answer all our queries. Good vet place in and around Coonoor.

Had a fantastic experience with the doctors at WVS. They treated my pet with minimum medications. Absolute compassion

Was really great! Excellent teaching faculty (Dr.Cathrina ma'am,Dr.Sumanth sir and Dr.Nishant sir) with great patience to teach each and every aspect of the surgeries very neatly,experienced worker boys who were very active throughout,and not to forget, good catering service,totally it was a great opportunity to be a part of the ABC program in WVS ITC,Ooty.Thanks to Ileona ma'am and team.

Best place for new pet owners. Staffs are super friendly and kind. They take time to look into the issue and understand what's best for the pet. They always tend to share tips to make life of your pets easier and healthier.

The veterinary doctors were professional and very helpful. Our two month old puppy needed urgent care, they provided well...

Today the 7 September 2022, I brought my Rottweiler to wvs and they did a real good job, the doctor was so kind and patiently explained to us about our dog's health. He was very kind and gentle with our pet and handled him with lot's of care. Since our Rottweiler had a wound the doctor was very careful in cleaning and treatment him very well..... So Thank you so much Doctor and thanks to the whole WVS organization. Really appreciated! But, the doctor charged
only 500 rupees for the x-ray. But the receptionist said that we have to pay 200 consultation fee and for the x-ray it costs more the 1000 rupess. Whereas the WVS website says free treatment and we only have to pay for the medications and machines.

This was my first visit to this place , & I must say I was very impressed by the standard of things being run. Docs kept us updated on the injured kiddo, they were precise with regards to the readings & dosages administrated to the Injured doggie. I would highly recommend anyone seeking for emergency or check ups or be it vaccines for your pet or community pets, rest assured they will be well looked after. And please please DON'T be short with your donations. That's my only request. I hope this review helps to those of you seeking.
