The shop has beautiful environment for family as well as private car. The quality of the food specially Langcha of Shaktigarh famous world wide is cannot describe without taking it. There are more than 100 Lancha Shop in Shaktigarh beside Durgapur Expressway which is the part of National Highway 2 but the taste of this shop is Something special 😁

Good quality of regional sweets like langcha, sita bhog, shorbhaja are available here. There are many sweet ahops on the roadside of Shaktigarh, not all are up to the mark....I tested many of them but not at all the shops, but here you can find good quality sweets with reasonable price. You must try the three mentioned above.

Mahanayak Uttam Kumar was here in 1962 and he wrote some good reviews about this shop which becomes their brand goodwill. Their quality is good and little better than other nearby shops. Reason of visiting this particular shop because I like Uttam Kumar more than Langcha :-D

The misti hub of west bengal. Approx 100 individual lyangcha shops are there running with full vigor.. No recommendation. Have a lyangcha - taste it live and 5hen purchase for your home & relatives ... However the majority tourist / travellers take a stop here for a tea break. Must visit at least once in a lifetime.

One of the best place in shaktigarh for take breakfast or evening snacks. Parking facility available. Food cost pocket friendly. You can change your test easily. The famous sweet of BARDHAMAN, "Mihidana"& "Sitabhog" are always available here. Also available famous "Langcha" sweet of Shaktigarh.

Okayish place, most state buses halt here. You can probably get a decent high-priced chai here and a filthy washroom. The food in the shop itself is not so good.

The pedestal persons of this shop is the inventor of that sweet as is proclaimed by themselves. But assuredly what I found that the quality of langcha was very nice. I took many of them for my near and dear ones.

Very friendly staffs are and food is ek number.

Authentic Langcha and Mihidana. A compulsory stop for me whenever I drive past this area. Don't miss the puri aloo breakfast in the morning with sweets to end it.

Good lyagcha. Fresh and really tasty. Make sure to get Sita bhog and mihidana too. The place has been revamped, there's space to sit too. The makha sandesh is also good.

Good for family refreshments. Good food. Ladies & Gents Toilet available with adequate water. While going to Kolkata you can take a break.
